First time back in two years after a horrible experience. This time redeemed the restaurant for me and my guests. Great service and great food. Love the salads and the meats were hit, delicious and plentiful. Thanks.

We are frequent fogo de Chão patrons for special occasions. We saw the “best of Brazil” promotion and thought we’d check it out on Labor Day evening for a random date night. Service was great, I will say that the pichaña did not taste as tender as it normally does. There was a little bit of toughness even in the medium/medium rare pieces. But that’s me being nit-picky. We also ordered dessert and it was fabulous. Overall the meat selections and market table was all worth the $39/pp promotion. We will be back.

I think that Fogo de Chao is my favourite place to eat steak. I'm happy to stick to the picanha, and they're happy to serve it to me until I burst. My whole family are happy to go there. The warm pão de queijo (cheese-bread) disappears as soon as it hits the table. Personally, I love the fact that I can have a plate of salad with picanha, and then a plate of picanha with mashed potato and cabbage. The staff are always friendly and attentive, and I look forward to my next visit.

FOGO de CHAO Plano is nice. Beautiful restaurant and beautiful also delicious food, plenty of it. The service is impeccable. Andrian, Michael, and other staff members frequently check on us, making sure we are comfortable and have what we want. It's a special place worth the visit.

This will absolutely be our last time to dine at Fogo. It’s just not good. Last night, the service was ATROCIOUS. We, literally, had to beg for plates, water, rolls and sides. Not to mention, when we were FINISHED eating, they finally brought us some rolls. Our wine took 30 minutes to arrive and our server couldn’t have been more confused. Funny thing is: we were giving them a final chance after a previous bad experience. Never again. Couldn’t care less how the management responds (or doesn’t). We will not return. Folks, if you want a great Brazilian steakhouse experience, go elsewhere. Fogo is nowhere near the great restaurant they used to be. It’s just sad, because we loved it for years. Oh well…

We were extremely disappointed in our dining experience. The initial problem was understanding the menu choices. When we were asked if we wanted the full experience, unbeknownst to us, it did not include the premium cuts. In speaking with several service personnel finally we received the premium cut of steak. It was braised on the outside but the sliver cut was inedible cause it was raw. We were not offered the other premium meat that comes with the package and we did not know to specifically name request them. Of course, there was an up-charge for the premium raw sliver of meat. However, for our dissatisfaction, we received one free dessert which we elected to take home. Of course, all of this took away from the dining experience. We paid a lot of money for such a subpar experience but the salad bar was very good.

Never come back. My experience was very disappointing. I have been many times in fogo in Chicago . The experience was amazing. Yesterday was very bad . Sorry but this location has changed his staff and management

We chose the full experience. The place is nice but the service is really poor. We wait for more than 20 minutes for a Coke refill (and asked for it four times), food was offered very slowly, we wait between 10 to 15 minutes for every meet cut, some were cold when they reach us. They serve a one tiny smash potato plate for 5 people only once. We usually go to Brazao and the experience is amazing, we wanted to try Fogo do Chão but it is not comparable. Not worth while.
