    Our waiter Henry was great, bad weather but everything was amazing. Clean restaurant and excellent service.

    Waiter was very nice but seemed distracted and it wasn't that busy since it's 20 degrees out. My water was empty and we never got sides other than bread at the table. Also, I had to ask some of the gauchos multiple times which meat they were bringing to the table because a few I couldn't understand since they were whispering it and kinda muffling their words. One guy I swear said "... fajita " I don't know. It was still a pleasant experience. Thank you.

    Staff is great, ambience is amazing … but noticed that after about 20 min of eating, the servers stop coming around and offering different cuts of meat. We had our card turned over to green and 3 different times, the servers walked past us to serve tables around us that had just sat down. Once we requested a cut, a server came over specifically to us and then no one ever came again so we eventually left. Seems very calculated on the “all you can eat” steakhouse move. We won’t be returning.

    I have been eating at Fogo since they opened in the late 90’s and decided to try this location and was very disappointed

    For years we have celebrated the holiday’s with a trip to Fogo de Chao. This will be our last year. We had a reservation and were seated quickly. The waiter approached our table. He said we had dietary restrictions that were not ours. He was so busy talking, we had to interrupt him to get him to understand we had been there many times and knew what we wanted. I went to the ladies room before finishing my salad. The toilet in the ladies room did not flush. I spoke to two waiters on the way back to my table and they said “thank you” and continued to stand around talking and did nothing. On my way to my table, the route was very narrow. I was walking between two tables and while walking forward, a waiter approached me and did not yield, but aggressively demanded that I do so. I stepped back two steps to let him pass. Icame back to the table and my salad plate was replaced with my my main course plate but no folk. There were 4 members of the wait staff behind me talking. I turned to sit sideways in my chair to establish eye contact with one of them, and they ignored me. I had to say “excuse me” loud and twice to get their attention. They were 2.5 feet away from me talking. I asked for a folk and repeated that there were issues in the ladies room. The manager quickly gave me a folk and said they would handle the restroom. My husband was approached by a Gaucho who put the skewer on the table less than one inch from the edge of my plate and leaned towards me and my plate to cut meat for my husband. I picked up my plate and moved it a few inches away while scooting my chair. I felt like i was in the way, inconveniencing staff and a bother. My husband is hard of hearing. The staff told us that since we were celebrating they were going to provide us a free dessert. We ordered the crème brûlée. The dessert was delivered and a few minutes later an electronic pad was also delivered with a charge for the dessert. Happy New Years to us! We will not be back.

    Great experience. Went at lunch to New Years Day to celebrate my father-in-law’s birthday. Meal was good. Service was generally good. Appreciate the way they celebrated the birthday.
