Frankly Texas de Brazil is a much better value for your money. We started our adventure with 1) we were asked what level of doneness we wanted our meat cooked at, and it was noted by our server and promptly ignored by every server who brought us meat - almost all the meat was too rare for my husband who likes his med well and barely cooked enough for me, and I’ll accept med 2) one of the servers brought side dishes to our table while my husband was still up at the salad bar. I asked her what the dishes were because they were not readily identifiable and I have allergies, and she just walked away. 3) I got offered chicken wrapped in bacon twice and then I was asked how things were going by another more senior server … I said I’d appreciate it if I could be served something other than chicken wrapped in bacon, so the less expensive beef cuts were then served along with lamb chops - why not filet mignon?? 4) I explained to a server that the outside cut of most of the meats they were serving were lathered with salt and I couldn’t eat food that salty so I wanted that layer removed and to be served the next layer in, and that was too difficult a task for them to handle. They never did return to give me a non salty piece of filet mignon, and yes, I do feel ripped off - I got one thin slice of salty filet mignon, not the way it is supposed to taste! It’s not that difficult a concept to master - cut one slice off and give me the next slice - as much filet mignon as I wanted, was supposed to be included in my meal price, yes? Ahhh, what a night!!! And no, we probably would not go back. While the salad bar was quite good, the meat was just horrendously salty, and it was too hard to get past that when the meat was the main part of the meal.

The food was so delicious. We had so many moments where we just looked at each other with shock at how good the meats were. It was our first time there, so we weren’t sure what to expect. But the staff were nice and able to help us understand how everything worked. We will definitely be back to try the wagyu!

Not so great experience with the gaucho’s. They seemed to be very confused on where to serve and skipped over our table at lest 6 times.

Always a delicious lunch at Fogo's Market Table. Such awesome selections and what can you say about the BACON!?!?! Soooooo good! Ed was our main server and was very nice.

Nate was our server and Alejandro supported our table and both were amazing, knowledgable, and kind. Our drinks were never empty, my 9 year old had an amazing birthday, and the food was fantastic. Thank you to both Nate and Alejandro for a great experience ❤️
