The food was good and we had a nice time. However the server we had was bad. We asked three times for a drink before she would actually get it. Luckily the other servers around us would stop by to give us water and clean plates cause we barely saw ours. Then when the bill came she charged us multiple times for the drink we had to keep asking for but only received one of.

First time there, waitress never brought our water. Girlfriend ordered a glass of wine, had to wave sever over to table because he looked confused where it was supposed to go. Told waitress I was ready for the check. She brings it over and sits it in front of my girlfriend. Thought the food was good but the service for that up scale restaurant was poor.

I was a single seating last night on Valentine's Day. The restaurant was very busy but they were very accommodating. It was my first time at this restaurant and everything was great. The service and food were very good.

We went for our anniversary and had the most wonderful time, everybody was so attentive and the food was outstanding!

Over all a great experience. Service was excellent throughout the entire night. The salad bar had several great options. All meats served table side were excellent and perfectly cooked. I had a bourbon cocktail that was mixed perfectly. Desserts were delicious to close out the night. Worth every dollar spent.

Was seated immediately when we arrived. Service was great. Multiple servers and gauchos checked on us. Chicken was extremely dry. Wish I had ordered something different because I didn’t get the all you can eat meat option. But the rest of the party had all of the meats and thought that the fillet was extraordinary. Pretty disappointed in the side offerings on the salad bar only hot item was rice soup and beans. Everything else was cold

We celebrated my best friend's birthday. From the staff, the people serving, and even the hostess our experience was quite amazing. The food was outstanding. The salad bar was lacking a bit in my opinion. Not the quality and options that I recall at my last visit. But I'm not there for the salad bar, the cuts of meat were delicious, including the al carte options of different cuts of Wagyu.

Wasn’t impressed ….. the staff was slow coming around with meats and we waited too long for drink refills and our waiter to come back around . For the price , it wasn’t worth it ….
