Compared to the other times I’ve visited Fogo de Chao, this has been a terrible experience. It took 10 minutes for my server to bring water and the side dishes they offer. It also took 15 minutes for meat service. The meat I was served was also very dry and tasteless.

Exceptional salad bay. Great food. Meat cooked perfectly. Great service. We were there to celebrate our birthdays which happened to be within a month or two. Manger offered a complimentary dessert. Good value if you go during promotion period.

Do not get seated in a corner. We waited for the bill for almost 90 minutes after contacting multiple servers that we were ready to go. We did not get out of there until a manager happened to be doing her rounds. In total, we were there for almost 3 hours for a 60 minute meal (salad bar, churrasco experience). Food is good but the service was downright horrible

I have been to Fogo multiple times and have never experienced what I experienced during my visit Food Seems as if we were given the same meat multiple times ( piccanha) before other meats were served Multiple times we asked for different temperature for the meats and were given the total opposite by the server We were given ribeye and cheese 2 hours after sitting down Food Servers Multiple times the servers were cutting meat and the grease popped on our clothing and our arms One server reached over my plate to serve the person sitting to the right of me Also while serving our table, the same server stopped midway to serve the table sitting next to us. When the servers made it to our tables we felt rushed and the meat was just pushed on our plates. Waiter for our table Asked if we needed new plates and instead of handing out each plate individually, he placed a bunch of plates in a stack on the table Often at times we felt like we’re not included on the meat selections and it took a while for certain meats to make its rounds to our table.
