Le Fogo de Chão® (prononcé fo-go dèe shoun), est un authentique steakhouse du sud du Brésil. En 1979, le Fogo® a commencé à utiliser la façon dont les gauchos préparent la viande à Porto Alegre, au Brésil. Aujourd'hui, les chefs gauchos grillent de façon experte chacune des 20 découpes de viande et vous proposeront un service continu à table. The food was excellent. I could have stopped at the salad/soup bar but all the meats sausage pork and flamed cheese were equally delicious. The service was also excellent.

The service was slow , our food took 1hr to arrive at the table . Once the food did arrive , it was cold . My wife wanted the ultimate meat experience — she received only steak which was bland , no lamb was received. Myself , I had the salmon which was over cooked & the asparagus was overcooked as well . For this being my first time at this establishment , it will be my last !

Second time here, it was Valentine’s Day and Eagles Parade day. The service was exceptional because we had a lovely woman helping us consistently I wish I remembered her name. The food was ok, some of the meat was a bit dry and we got skipped over more than we’d like. Drinks were good and it was our kids first experience. They loved it.

I am from Chicago here on business with 4 coworkers and decided to go out for a nice dinner. Food was more than excellent along with service. José was our server and he really did a great job making sure we were taken care of. I would recommend this particular restaurant to all.

We had an amazing experience at Fogo de Chao. My fiancé’s bday celebration was exquisite. The food, service, and the ambiance were amazing.

service was bad. did the full experience but still had to request the cheese bread , mashed potatoes. even the meats were barely coming around

For my wife’s 50th birthday, I made sure to mention the occasion when I made the reservation and again upon arrival. I even asked our waiter to acknowledge it earlier in the evening, rather than waiting until dessert. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. Our waiter was disengaged and inattentive, failing to create an enjoyable atmosphere. While drinks were served, empty glasses remained on the table, and the menus weren’t removed for most of the evening. They only removed the menus after me addressing the issue with the manager. The table was never cleared of crumbs, and the meat servers were inconsistent in their visits. At the end of the meal, I ordered coffee for my mother, which was served cold. When the bill arrived, I noticed we had been charged for someone else’s drink—something I rarely check, but felt compelled to this time given the poor service. There was no acknowledgment of the poor experience or an apology, despite it being such a significant celebration. I’ve never had an issue at the King of Prussia Fogo de Chão, but this visit was an unfortunate disappointment on what should have been a memorable night.
