Le Fogo de Chão est un Steakhouse brésilien de premier plan, ou churrascaria, qui est spécialisé dans les viandes de haute qualité rôties au feu depuis plus de 36 ans en utilisant la technique séculaire du churrasco provenant de la cuisine brésilienne du sud. The hands-on service was impeccable. Teamwork at its finest. The meat carvers need to pay closer attention to the quality of the pieces they present. In several instances we were provided more fat than meat. In one case, of prime sirloin, my wife was provided a nice-sized piece of 100% fat then left. But the quality f food was very good.

Dinner for 4 , We had drinks at the bar , the bartender was great. The salad bar was very good. The beef was slow coming around . Lots of chicken and sausage, I had to ask them more than twice to bring the cuts we wanted. The cheesecake with fruit topping was delicious. Overall fun time , just could’ve been a little better with serving.

Wow! This was our first visit to a Brazilian steak house. We were taking our grandson out to celebrate straight A's all through his freshman year in high school. He wanted to try Fogo de Chao for his celebration. The restaurant is very impressive walking in the door. The hostess took us to our table where we were immediately greeted by a server, Josue asking us if there was anything we needed and explained the process. I have to say, the service here is incredible. Our dining experience started with an amazing salad bar which was comprised of much more than salad. The variety of choices was incredible. All of us tried to go easy on the salad bar, trying to save room for some meat! Once we turned our card over to green, we had several people come by offering a wide variety of tender and tasty cuts of meat. The quality of the various meats was excellent. My personal favorites were the ribeye, the filet, and the pork chop. They brought all we could eat. Sadly, we overate and did not leave room for what looked like decadent desserts. We absolutely loved our experience. I don't recall ever having better service at any other restaurant. My wife is not a big meat eater, so this was perfect for her. The small cuts she asked for filled her perfectly with no waste. I highly recommend Fogo de Chao for your next dining experience.

The food was very good. The market place (salad bar) had many options. Table service was excellent; the bar service was very slow.

Great service. The meat was amazing. The salad bar had some new things that we've never tried before, and I just wanna say amazing. Thank you for a great anniversary dinner.

Their standards have dropped. I eat mostly medium rare meats and the best I could get was medium, most meats were over cooked. I liked lamb chops and they had none ready and I had to wait 20-30 minutes for the lamb - - this was a long wait for a restaurant that specializes in meat. Other things: slow with re-filling water, slow with coffee service, inattentive service. Allowing other customers to dine in shorts and t-shirts - NOT the standards of an up upscale establishments.

Everyone was very friendly and attentive to customers needs. We went to celebrate my daughter’s 27th birthday and they did not disappoint us. The food was delicious, especially the Lamb Chops. It’s a better service than the last time we went.
