Le restaurant le Fogo de Chão est un steakhouse offrant une cuisine authentique du sud du Brésil. En 1979, le Fogo a commencé à faire partager les méthodes « gaucho » de préparation de la viande à Porto Alegre au Brésil. Chaque jour, les chefs « gaucho » grillent parfaitement chacune des 20 coupes de viande à la perfection et vous offre un service en continu à la table. I was very disappointed. Imagine expecting a high end experience and finding a restaurant in disarray with a dining room full of tank tops and flip flops, waiters who barely understood their jobs, wait staff slovenly dressed, and the marquis food bar a complete picked thru disaster. What a shame for the fogo de chao brand and a waste of several hundred dollars for a business dinner. I doubt myself or my client would ever want to go to the miami beach location again.

I normally visit the Coral Gables location, but decided to give this one a try. For sure this was a one and done experience. Basically they’ll try to serve you chicken and sausage throughout your entire experience and once in a while they’ll come by with picanha and what they call churrasco. That’s about it for what you will see for meat selection. I had to asked three times for lamb chops and the fourth time when the server came over to ask us how was everything, and I told him, that’s when we finally saw some lamb chops. Similar thing happened when we asked for beef ribs. It took forever and several tries to get some. The picanha and churrasco was lacking seasoning and when we got a piece of filet mignon, the meat tasted old and had a strong odor. It was inedible. The managers at this location lacks hospitality skills. Our server was super nice and when he asked about our experience, I told him that it was very subpar in comparison to Coral Gables. He was apologetic and we saw him going to the manager and telling him. The manager comes over and says “how’s everything?” Which basically means that he either didn’t believe his server, but that he’s also not properly trained. Instead, he should’ve just come over and said, I heard you’re not having a great experience, what can we do to make it better, instead of wanting me to explain all over again. That’s hospitality basics… Maybe this was an off night for them, but I would recommend the Coral Gables location over this location 100%.

Food was OK, not much of variety, servers were totally inexperienced for a Churrascaria, zero attention to detail for the caliper and reputation of this place. Most likely will NOT be coming back, many other better choices for Churrascarias around.

I have been in before and that’s why I usually book my reservations in this restaurant and compare to before its changed so much i wony be back service was horrible and they try to sell you a $300 steak and if you dont want it they give you attitude

This was the perfect choice for a birthday dinner. Everyone got to select their own food and the service was excellent. Highly recommend for a group outing.

Terrible service , unprofessional and rude staff, also there was a bug in my water , honestly I would never return , I work for a residence and part of my job it’s try new restaurants to recommend to VIP costumers and this was a terrible experience.

La comida es buena pero por esos precios esperas una atención mejor. Después de un buen comienzo en donde te llenan de comida, te dejan un buen rato desatendido, no nos trajeron nunca unos panes que pedimos, al fin de la cena no tenían café (se les había acabado), empezaron a pasar la aspiradora y recoger todo a eso de las 21 hrs cuando aún había gente comiendo. (nuestra reserva inicial era a las 21pm y afortunadamente la adelantamos a las 19, de lo contrario nos habríamos encontrado un restaurante cerrando). Hemos venido varias veces y en varios lugares a Fogo de Chao pero esta oportunidad fue muy decepcionante.
