Le restaurant le Fogo de Chão est un steakhouse offrant une cuisine authentique du sud du Brésil. En 1979, le Fogo a commencé à faire partager les méthodes « gaucho » de préparation de la viande à Porto Alegre au Brésil. Chaque jour, les chefs « gaucho » grillent parfaitement chacune des 20 coupes de viande à la perfection et vous offre un service en continu à la table. Le restaurant vous invite à profiter des délicieuses préparations des chefs avec une table du marché gastronomique, des plats d'accompagnement brésiliens authentiques et une carte des vins renommée.

The highlights of my lunch included discovering that picanha has an incredible amount of flavor, and having creme brulee cheesecake with blueberries for the first time. The Market Table was plentiful and diverse, and the meats (served very rare when I requested it) were tender and delicious.

Asked the staff multiple times for a cut that was never brought although they told me it was on its way. Bathrooms required cleaning, meat cuts were limited and not the best. Todo bad since this is a very well recognized restaurant and should live up to its expectations.

The first time ever!!!!! We are there every week. Last night can we say loud????? ..... no more!!!!! We set on the table and nobody showed up. No water, no attention and no waiters at our table. I spoke with the manager who had his phone on his hand and he was chatting instead to check the clients. Only 2 waiters and the food was very slow to go out form the kitchen. We were a table of 4 and when the waiter was at our table is was serving only person and he looks like he was in an hurry and we have to call him to came back to serve the other 3. Cherry on the cake???? All 4 ... we went to the bathroom at 2am in the morning so... something weird happened last night.

The meat cuts offered in the price won’t come to you unless you request them and get an attitude from the servers as you were asking them for a favor. Never going back.

When we take reservations until 09 pm we do not stop the buffet at 09 pm. It’s not a bad restaurant but this kind of problem ruins everything.
