We have dined here several times and each time is gets progressively worse. Last night was the final time, overcrowded, under staffed, cheap cuts of meats and chicken make the rounds over and over. Lamb chops are listed on the website, we had to ask three times for them and they were brought only to us . The market table needed serious attention room and many items were not even appetizing . Ratings have declined in accordance with this horrible experience . Birthday spoiled by bad service, didn’t even stay for cake .

It was our first time and we had the best time. The food was amazing, the staff was great and the ambiance was perfect. We were there celebrating our wedding anniversary and we had the best experience. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Fogo de Chao has changed so much and not for the best. The first location we went to years ago was in DC and we were blown away. We have to the location in NYC many times and had wonderful exeriences. The last two location (Wayne,NJ & Long Island,NY) have been lackluster and the options of different types of meats very limited. We were celebrating two birthdays one being a big milestone (80) our waiter came over and I told him about what we were celebrating - after taking our drink order we never saw him again. Another waiter started helping us and I ask him what happened to our waiter he said they share tables. I now needed to tell him about our celebrations. We also felt like the salad bar was also very limited not to mention there was a wedding celebration with at least 50-60 people they were in a back room but shared the same salad bar as the dine in guest - beyond shocking. It is sad how they have changed this brand for the worse and they have lost me as a customer.

I used this restaurant when I was young on several business trips to Sao Paulo and liked it very much. This time, on a trip to Long Island, I stumbled upon it on Google Maps and made a reservation for lunch. I was very satisfied with the Market Table, which was just as I remembered it. I would definitely stop by again if I find the restaurant anywhere in the world.

I enjoy Fogo de Chao often. Their market table has a wide variety of cold items. There are a couple of hot soups and rice available. Yesterday's selection was less than the usual. No peppered bacon. Cheese selection was not up to their usual standards. Service was beyond slow. It took over 15 minutes to be noticed by a server. In fact I had to call over the manager to send someone. I had to request the complimentary sides. Also needed to track down the server to order a drink. Overall I do enjoy the restaurant and hope this is not a sign of a downturn in service or quality.

Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait 45 minutes. They seriously overbooked the place for Father’s Day and it was a mess. We had to practically beg to get food at the table, food at the buffet took a while to be refilled. Terrible experience.

It was Father’s Day. They overbooked. We were seated at 7:00 for our 6:15 reservation. My kids were cranky and tired from waiting. We were seated at a makeshift table that they obviously brought in to accommodate the overflow. The food was not good. We didn’t get the filet minigion which was offered with the experience. We were also told that it was a limited menu because of Father’s Day but there was no notification when we made the reservation. Overall, they ruined our Father’s Day. It was a beyond awful experience. Would never go back. Expensive, food not good, in fact everything about this whole experience was terrible

What can you expect when celebrating Father’s Day… crowds… however since we was treated well and seated in a great Timely manner I’m sure everyone enjoyed their experience at Fogo De Chao. It was our first time & was pleasant. Thank you to the staff.
