It’s my 5th time at this place but first so disappointed! Food wasn’t good and servant wanted to get $54… more , adding “Saturday lunch” to my check. Very upsetting

I have been to many Fogo de Chaos and love them. This location tends to slow down with the food and leaving people to wait too long for food to come out. Other locations are better. This Carle Place location should pick up its standards. It’s not the first time I experienced this at the place. Too bad.

Went for Thanksgiving dinner and the place was packed. We wanted to try the different meats but it seemed the same guy with chicken/bacon kept coming by as well as a cheese guy. I had to ask for the filet mignon guy to come by. Drinks took forever as it looked like they had just one bartender working. The place is pretty big so perhaps a quieter night would be a better experience.

Our server Camille was so solicitous, superlative, and effervescent with her service. It was an stress-free Thanksgiving meal my family had ever had. The selections of menu was definitely different from the traditional; however, the change was delightful! We chose the Churrasco Experience & Waygu menu. I enjoyed the lamb tremendously, the beef selections were very salty on their top layers, but the inner layer were good; when I expressed my lamb as solely my preference, Camille made it possible! She also ensured that the cocktails were curated for my dietary preferences. Ms. Jenny Melo, Customer Representative, was very attuned to all her servers’ services and very hands on in ensuring a wonderful experience for the diners have on their Thanksgiving or any occasion. My entire family had a wonderful experience… highly recommend…and will be coming back again! KUDOS to Camille and Ms. Jenny Melo for our first time at Fogo de Chai- Long Island a sublime experience.

Nice option instead of having to host at home for the holiday. They could stand to have less tables.. 3 of the 4 of our party.. kept having our chairs bumped through out our meals. Very tight seating . Service was very attentive. You could see and feel the team work.

I have been here a few times before , but this time was different . It’s on a holiday -meaning very busy . One of the waiters -hit me in the head by accident , our server was very delayed ..not too attentive -that premium Brazilian drink -was wayyy to minty ..the food( meat) wasn’t coming around how it usually does and the restaurant was extremely cold .

Service was horrible !! Had a reservation and still waited over an hour to be seated. Once seated, our waitress came by once to bring drinks. Never came back to provide any sides nor refill drinks. Asked another waiter to send over our waitress. Nada. We literally got up and asked the bartender to refill our drinks after waiting over 30 minutes. We also watched as the servers went from table to table serving the meat and just skipped our table entirely. Occasionally they would come by with what was left over after serving everyone else. Manager never even came by to apologize. No one even thought to maybe bring a dessert by to say sorry. The bartender served us towards the end of the evening and was very nice and helpful. But up to that point we were mostly ignored even after asking several times.
