Been to fogo many times as well as had 2 dinner parties there and thoroughly enjoyed my meals Last night's meal waa a disappointment! All the meat except the ribeye was on the tough side, some over cooked and others lacking seasoning. We had to ask for the filet of beef, and by the time it came, we were done with our meals. We had to initially ask for the sides and for glasses of water as well as ask for refills on sides and water. They ran out of the bourbon my husband drinks. The people coming around with the meat were far and few unless they were trying to get rid of cheaper cuts of meat like sausage, pork or top round. Granted the place was full and very busy. Maybe staffing was an issue, but the food quality??? Quite surprising Fogo not living up to there standards when other Brazilian BBQ places are popping up nearby which I been to and the service and food were what Fogo used to be.

I attended Caipirinhas event. My first time here. Beautiful restaurant. Drinks and bar bites that were offered were excellent. Servers very attentive but not intrusive. Music by electric violinist was excellent. Set just the right mood and played a bit of everything. Would definitely go again to try regular menu. Lots of parking available.

It was great. The staff checked up on us regularly, and the food was as delicious as I hoped it would be. A great time was had for me and my family.

Our waitress was really nice & attentive to us! But others weren’t. We barely got service of more water or new plates. The food was tasty 😋

I I was so excited because I have been to this location before, but for some reason the food was off! Most of the meats tasted burnt and bitter! The salad bar was fresh

All the meat is low quality on there all you can eat deals. Just get the best of Brazil for the best value deal. It’s much cheaper and the meats are more or less the same. The more “premium” meats in the regular deal rarely (if ever) come around. Salad bar is a good deal also. More think of it value should be 5 star not 4 that I put. (But it’s value and not necessarily quality meat). If you get the regular service for 70. You should go to a steak house for a prime cut. You will pay more for sides etc

I've been going to Fogo de Chao for a few years now. The last few times I've gone, the service has ben horrible. You have to get a manager in order to get some meat and then it's very sporadic. Last night, I sat at the table for 15 minutes before I finally called a manager to ask for meat. The first was the roast pork. It was on the pink side but not terribly. I had some bottom sirloin. It smelled like bad meat, and then I tasted it. It was definitely bad. I told the manager and the server. After I asked for the check. At least the server got the manager to take half off the bill. I don't think I'll be going back to the one in Garden City again. It's ashame, it used to be a nice restaurant.

First time here, the food was great, the drinks were good and strong. It took a little time before the waiters came over to us but once they did it was nonstop service. The restaurant is a little noisy hard to have a conversation. I will definitely be back
