The food was fantastic and the service was great. The wait staff were very attentive and always checked in on us for extra drinks and to make sure we’re ok. The chocolate mousse cake was out of this world.

Terrible experience! Not our first time at a Fogo de Chao, but was our first time in this Garden City location. Definitely our last. Came here to welcome family from out of town, hoping to show them an excellent experience. You expect to come away happy, full and satisfied at this high end rodizio. The meats came at an unacceptably slow pace and the prime cuts never came. We were there two hours, we probably got served meat less than a ten times. When they came, the slices were super thin. Totally unacceptable. I’m afraid this location ruined the rest of the Fogos for me. I am sad… I will surely miss the cheese bread.

What a great dinner we had! The staff and the management were both over the top. I saw one of the bus boys drop something and one of the floor managers ran over and smiled and helped him pick everything up quickly. That was wonderful to see. Would definitely go back to this location

"Continuous tableside service of signature cuts of fire-roasted meat" NOT Where's the meat?? The meat was tasty and good IF the gaucho actually came by to serve it. We had the disc on green all night and there were stretches where my plate was empty and they did not come by the table AT ALL. And when the gaucho did come he served one person and quickly left the table without asking if anyone else wanted the meat even though we all had our discs up. I was there with my family to celebrate the birthday of my children. The wait staff was friendly and attentive particularly with the beverages. I asked the waiter to send the gaucho and even then they came sporadically. We left hungry. Not the Churasrasco Experience I expected.

Honestly every time we go here we have to wait and beg for the filet mignon. It takes away from the overall experience. I get not wanting to give it out first, but at least get it to the table before we have to ask multiple times.

We had a great dinner. Value was amazing for all the great food. All prices were reasonable including the drinks. Most of all the service was very good from all the staff including the manager who spent time speaking with us. Will definitely be going back.

Food was great but the server we initially had was moved to another section and we never had any waiter or waitress to take care of us. There were servers just asking us how everything was because they must of felt bad watching us sit there with nobody to take care of us. When asked for the check a waitress said who was your waiter we said he was changed to another section. She was as surprised as we were! I even joked with my wife that we could have left not paid the bill and nobody would’ve noticed. As a restauranteur myself I blame the manager for not assigning a server to our table.
