Possibly due to Veteran's Day crowd for lunch the service was almost non-existent, especially for such an upscale restaurant. This is my 5th time at Fogo de Chao and unfortunately it was very disappointing. No one greeted us for at least 10 minutes, no at reception because they were helping guests who were eating. Our waiter saw us twice, didn't even check on us or give us our check. They were swamped. It was my birthday celebration and wanted it to be special.

Very busy with a nice ambiance. Server was nice but a little distracted. Based on the meats coming around, it’s not worth $71.00 per person. The same meats kept coming around. Not much variety.

I understand it was Saturday night and everyone is dining out . Our reservation was for 6 pm we were not seating until 6:25 and the table given to us was by the kitchen grill, the smoke , smell and noise of 8 people grilling meats , constant traffic in and out of the kitchen made our small birthday celebration not enjoyable. I felt like we were at Penn Station waiting for a train. Meats were very salty and greasy.

Our server was really nice but wasn’t too attentive. Normally we are bombarded with different options to eat but this time they rarely came to the table, we saw them goto other tables and skip past us and never come back. It took forever for us to get someone’s attention for us to get the check so we can leave after this poor experience

Salad bar is great and meats are good, although sometimes overcooked. Noise can be overwhelming on weekends. Price is very high.

I booked a table fitted six on the last week of restaurant week so I knew it would be hectic!! We went for the fix menu so we had a healthy choice and the salad bar choices were all great!! At first, the choices of meats were slow were slow to come until we were fortunate to have Jenny Melo, CSR, come by and asked how we were doing and all change. We thank her for a great experience at Fogo De Cho. We will be back!!

We were a large table of 7, we were seated fairly quickly and opted for the experience. Out of all the meats, we were only stopped at with 5 meats at the time and always being passed on before anyone came to us. We give credit to our server trying to get staff to stop at the table but other than that, we were still waiting fairly long. We waited 45 mins before anyone came to us for food and by the time they came, our appetite was done. We appreciate the server comping our desserts. But the experience did not live up to the hype.

Had 6:15 PM reservations but our table wasn't ready, waited an extra 12 minutes. Hostess called to sit us but made a mistake, people were sitting on the table she thought was available. Lamb chops and ribeye steak didn't come out until we asked for them towards the end of our meal - server told us they don't really come around with it unless the guests ask, which we found shady. How would guests know that, especially first timers? On the plus side, nice decor and meats were seasoned well. Key lime pie and tres leches were spot on!
