We are all so disappointed. We did not have the family birthday dinner we had looked forward to. It started at seating. After waiting 15 minutes past our reservation in a largely empty restaurant, the hosted shouted my first name out like we were at an IHop. One seated a waiter brusquely asked us for our orders. It felt very rushed. The market table was spare. What was placed on the table looked like leftovers they pulled from the refrigerator - wilted lettuce, soggy quinoa, dishes without serving spoons. We ordered cocktails that didn’t arrive until we were halfway through our meal. Water glasses were left empty. One person ordered lobster and it took 15 minutes for the waiter to return saying they were out of that dish. He didn’t get his meal until the rest of us were near finished. The sides and rolls arrived at that point as well. Being thirsty was even harder to take when it came to get our tab. We had to flag down another server to ask for our bill so we could escape. It’s been a long time since I had service this bad. We will have to find a better place for the next dinner out.

I have visited fogo de ciao in the past and the experience was amazing, but this time the experience didn’t even compare. The service wasn’t up to standard and the food tasted better last time.

Food was good, really liked the salad bar and the pao de quijo, most of the meat was served very rare, almost raw which was definitely not to my nor my husbands liking. We had a reservation at 7:15 but didn’t actually get seated until 7:45, which was very frustrating.

Had res for 7:30 seated at 8. Main waitress was awesome. Servers were not. Multiple meats was offered and then only served to 1/2 the table before they scattered. Food was bland compared to other locations

Our family always enjoy the dinners we have at Fogo de Chao. Staff is very attentive and the food is great. Looking forward to the next dining experience with them.

Was surprised on a Sunday night a 5:00 the place was packed meaning they let to many walk ins early, we did not get sat until I walked to hostess desk at 5:20 and asked why we hadn’t been sat yet for a 5:00 reservation for only 3 people. Waiter forgot drinks and had to be asked for iced tea twice and refills. Was not impressed this go around at Fogo

We wanted 30 for a table despite an opentable reservation. Not acceptable! Special requests in the open table reservation were disregarded. Unacceptable for a restaurant that charges $70 a person

Unfortunately I had booked for the deal on IG that was $38.99 when I asked it included all but their 5 best meat cuts. We went for my Twins 27th birthday spent $370 a bit more then I wanted to . We wanted almost the meats so at that point we really did not have much of a choice. Good food, but too expensive for the quality.

I attended the National Caipirinha Bar Fogo Party. Everything was fine until a couple of young women sat down beside our table with a kid that was about 2 years old. I really thought this would be an adult function. I was told they will be more bar parties scheduled like wine and steak pairings. I would sign up for all of these events if they were for 21 +. I won’t be attending any of these functions again if it’s not adults only. This is no place for kids, not when the main event is designed around an alcoholic beverage.
