   We had not been to Fogo de Chao for years given our last experience nd decided to give them another shot. The Restaurant: The parking is a nightmare. The parking spots are so small you can barely get out of your vehicle. Then, the restaurant is a stark and sterile environment which is totally uninviting and we were seated next to the bar. There was absolutely no ambiance at all, it was too loud from the bartenders, and the music and we contemplated just leaving. We waited for someone to come and wait on our table, then a guy finally asked if we had been helped to which we replied we had not. He took our drink order (coke and tea) and when he returned, I asked him, if they had Splenda and he said he would check. Then he returned and said, “ we don’t have Splenda but we have a few others like Sweet and Low.” I stated that I’d take anything but Sweet and Low, to which he replied, “we don’t have the pink stuff.” I stated that Splenda was in a yellow packet. He then brought me the box containing the sugars and slammed it on the table so that it hit the bread bowl and left. We did not like his personality at all and he spent too much time hovering at other tables chatting it up and trying to be cool! Then, throughout the dinner, we had so many different people wait on us so we did had no idea who our actual waitperson was. The food: Lack luster at best. The salad bar is lacking and doesn’t have much variety, the signs were in the wrong place for the dishes and it was mostly grilled veggies. The meats all tasted the same, then we had to ask for chimichurri, and it was horrible. During our meal, a woman was trying to do something with gift cards but the bartender was struggling to help her. He kept apologizing and it seemed to be a big issue. The transaction must have lasted 15 minutes. Overall, we just kept telling each other, we should have stuck with Texas de Brazil, it’s 10x better! We obviously will not go back again and I don’t recommend it.

   This restaurant has the best staff and food it is definitely a great time with great food and they are all the best servers I've ever seen they made this a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this restaurant!

   Excellent service and food is fantastic! Morgan and Julia took great care of us and made my birthday dinner very special!

   I arrived and was told I have to wait for the rest of my party to get a table. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and they didn’t knowledge that, when I made the reservation I mentioned. Some of the items in the salad bar were old, I told the waiter and nothing happened. I expected that the manager will show up but nothing 😞

   The meats were well seasoned. Really enjoyed the meal. Prices are a bit high. For dinner and a bottle of wine, it cost $250.

   It was truly a disappointing experience. For $64 chicken of every kind was continually passed. The Pichana, when it finally came around, was good. No tenderloin was ever brought out. We had to continually ask for drink refills and meat to come around. We were given the run around about the signature bacon and other items in the Market Table. Overall, it was an unenjoyable experience. Brendan was great and did his best to try and make amends.

   We went to the Sunday brunch today and once again had a great experience. Special shoutout to server Jennifer who went above and beyond keeping our plates full and serving us that delicious cheesy bread with a smile. The only reason I had to take a star off was due to the fact that everything is so heavily overcooked. Come on- who enjoys a well done filet??? But definitely a good dining experience!
