Always a great experience and delicious food. Took my 11 year old son for his first time, and I suspect I'll have to come back, haha.

Our family enjoyed it, the food is great. Only thing to make it better would be if everything was buffet style so you could portion things yourself.

We had a great birthday lunch today at Fogo de Chao. Market table was brimming with wonderfully fresh salads, meats, cheeses, veggies and fruits! Skewered meats were all very tasty and the caipirinhas were strong and delightful. As always, service was top notch!

We had a reservation at 7. We weren’t sat until 7:40. Then were not given all selections of meat. Asked for the filet and 20 minutes later was given it and it had an extreme sour taste. Ordered dessert to hopefully redeem the experience but there was a huge piece of plastic on the cake. Not worth the money. At all.

Overall grade down 1 solely because of Fogo corporate and in no way the result of this location. Walking in, on-time for a 7PM reservation, the throngs of people, also with reservations waiting to be seated, resulted in, exactly, a 30-minute wait. Making it worse, in checking, I saw that I would have been able to make new reservations on Open Table compounding the problem. In asking the server I was told how they can't shut it down and have tried in the past with the staff and managers getting in trouble from Texas-based US division headquarters. I lived in Sao Paulo for 3-years and this is EXACTLY the kind of customer neglect and inefficiency that permeates what should be an outstanding place. Not caring for your customers is a really bad business plan. Again, no reflection on this location and from the time we sat, until we left, everyone was terrific. What else can we get you? Is everything OK? Clearing plates, refilling water. All great but I wonder why corporate wants customers to start off in a bad way as, apparently, this is a regular occurrence here, at least on weekends. Those 3 years in Brasil tells me the answer I'm afraid.

Had to wait 45 minutes to be seated with reservation. We picked the 26 meats option, however we only saw the same 5 to 10 going around and around. The meat slices were extremely salty. You could barely taste the meat, it was only salt. The staff were doing their best but I would mot go back because of the food quality.

Waiters didn’t bring me my water till I almost had to pay my check asked for two tequila thymes when we were seated and didn’t see the drinks till an hour later I feel like staff should be more aware of their costumers I shouldn’t have to ask three different servers for some water till I finally got some 10 min before paying my check

They overbooked Valentine’s Day. We had an 815 reservation and waited in the lobby with 50 other people they overbooked for 1 hour. We were seated at approximately 915. Our babysitter had to stay an extra hour. The managers were unapologetic and abrasive to my wife. They ruined her Valentine’s Day.

Reservations were for 7:00 and we were not seated until 8:30. They over booked and the food was overpriced along with being subpar. Not a restaurant that I will recommend or go to again.
