Cool experience and the staff were very friendly , but the service was horrible! Great for digestion but horrible for 3 hungry men.

The food was good but the noise level was so so high I could barely hear my wife who was directly across the table. The service was slow plus everyone was jammed into a very big room with horrible acoustics which contributed to the high noise levels. The tables were so close you could hardly walk between them. For what we experienced the price point was way too high. For the same amount of money we could have gone to Ocean Prime, Narrative. Hillstone or many others and had better food, no jarring noise levels and better service! Frankly, my wife and I will never go there again with all the other better choices for the same amount of money!

We were seated at a round table as requested , but it went downhill for the rest of the dinner. The salad bar , self serve, was good. Once we finished our salad , we waited and waited for the the "meat" to be offered and for the sides to be replenished since there were six of us and they served enough for only 2 or maybe 3 people at a time. The overall service was slow, sparse, and aggravating. We brought a birthday cake for my husband, but it took 3 requests and 20 or more minutes to bring it to the table . It was a very expensive and disappointing experience. We suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

This was our third time in a month we have enjoyed a meal at Fogo definitely Choa. This time it was Saturday brunch and everything was excellent especially the food and staff. I am 68 and I can truly say this restaurant is the most amazing dining experience I've ever had. Delicious foods and the attentive staff make it both memorable and provide customer service that is lacking so much nowadays. Treat yourself and family and friends to a wonderful experience!

It's hard to beat the value from the churrasco experience at Fogo de Chao. You get a great variety of delicious meats that include various cuts of steak, a few chicken options, a few pork options, and grilled pineapple (absolutely amazing!!!). This is just what is brought around to the tables. There are also great accompaniments at the salad/side bar, and they bring side dishes that are all delicious. I would come here over going to a high end steakhouse any day.

My husband and I decided to try this restaurant out for the first time for our anniversary. The tables were a bit crowded with not a lot of walking room to get to the salad bar. The day we made reservations happened to be on a Sunday so there was a football game playing in the eating area, but we noticed many waiters would stand by the bar watching the tv. This wouldn’t be as much of an issue if we didn’t feel like the wait to get food to the table wasn’t taking a long time, but we unfortunately did agree the distracted staff might have contributed to the wait time increasing as the night went on. We also had to agree on the overall saltiness of some of the meats served. There was maybe 2 meats out of all offered we could enjoy due to the over seasoning. Overall, we expected to pay higher prices for our meals so we expected a higher quality of service and food and we were unfortunately disappointed.

We have always had great experiences, but today, we had some of the worst service we have ever had anywhere let alone at Fogo. We asked our server for our bread three times and he told they were making it fresh while everyone around us got theirs. He never came back to our table once to ask how we were doing of if we needed anything. We both needed additional drinks. What a shame, we not be back any time soon.
