Le Fogo de Chão® (prononcé fo-go dèe shoun), est un authentique steakhouse du sud du Brésil. En 1979, le Fogo® a commencé à faire partager les méthodes gaucho de préparation de la viande à Porto Alegre, au Brésil. Ici, les chefs gaucho manient toujours le grill avec talent pour préparer 20 pièces de viande et proposent un service continu. We have visited this location before and it was great. This visit was less than stellar. We waited 15 minutes, then had to flag down a waiter to let them know that we hadn’t had anyone stop by with meat. We will definitely be back, just not to this location.

I went with my sister for a quick dinner before our show and it was an amazing experience. I’ve been to Fogo de Chao in Indianapolis and Cincinnati and this one is by far the best! Our service was excellent and our server was very attentive. We had great food and friendly service all the way around. I would highly recommend!

Great place to go for lunch. The Market Table is a great deal given the overwhelming quantity of fresh offerings, plus they still brought me the plantains, bread, polenta, and mashed potato sides even though I didn’t order the meat. Service was wonderful too. The restaurant recently underwent a renovation and it showed. Decor, seating area, new layout at the Market Table, were very nice.

Fogo de Chão was amazing, they were ready for us when our reservation began, the service was amazing, the restaurant was lovely. The food was great. There was lots of congestion at the salad bar with no clear direction on where to start, it was busy so people were everywhere. A little direction on that with the crowd and the experience would have been top notch!

We used to go twice a year, but last time, we had horrible service, so over a year since we went. We decided to go back with friends in town and I'm glad we did. The new remodel is very nice the food was very delicious this time, and meats were perfect not over salted like last time. But the reason for the 5-star review was the STAFF. Everyone had a great attitude and was on top of their game .Especially Lena,she did such a great job!! I wish all servers were as amazing as her. She didn't make us feel rushed or a burden when we had questions she brought out every Xtra that we asked for and even had them nake us a fresh batch of queso and candied bacon .good job, fogo team. we will be back !
