Le Fogo de Chão® (prononcé fo-go dèe shoun), est un authentique steakhouse du sud du Brésil. En 1979, le Fogo® a commencé à faire partager les méthodes gaucho de préparation de la viande à Porto Alegre, au Brésil. Ici, les chefs gaucho manient toujours le grill avec talent pour préparer 20 pièces de viande et proposent un service continu. Venez déguster de délicieuses préparations des chefs gauchos, ainsi que des produits gastronomiques du marché, des accompagnements brésiliens authentiques et une carte des vins primée.

Our experience from the start was poor. We checked into our reservation at 8:32, our reservation was for 8:45. We weren’t sat until well after 9:15. We chose to do the all you can eat experience. Even with our cards turned to green we kept getting passed by. We even put in requests for specific meats and it took 45 minutes to get those. And the only reason we got those was because our server submitted the request 3 times on our behalf and then resorted to complaining to the manager that our table didn’t get what we requested. The manager apologized and gifted us a dessert at the end of our meal. The buffet was out of plates and bowls for quite some time and a lot of the food options in the buffet were out and took 20+ minutes to replenish. This was my first time at Fogo De Chao and I will not be back.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for 20 years. It was the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. I had to go complain to get meat. We had (1) one meat brought to our table. I had to beg to get more drinks! That girl act like she worked at Golden corral

We did have to wait 15 minutes even with a reservation. We did not get to try very many different kinds of meats. I believe that was because it was very busy, couldn’t keep up with the demand of meat. Most of the time no one was around offering meats.
