Le Fogo de Chão® (prononcé fo-go dèe shoun), est un authentique steakhouse du sud du Brésil. En 1979, le Fogo® a commencé à faire partager les méthodes gaucho de préparation de la viande à Porto Alegre, au Brésil. Ici, les chefs gaucho manient toujours le grill avec talent pour préparer 20 pièces de viande et proposent un service continu. Had to wait outside for 30 minutes even with our reservation and was seated directly under an AC unit that “couldn’t be turned off or down”. Other than that good experience

We've been coming here for about 8 years as a tradition on Valentine's Day. We have always had a 5 star experience, but this time, it wasn't as such. It appeared they tried to cram so many more tables in that it felt uncomfortable maneuvering to the salad bar, soup bar, the restroom, and even to the front door. It also appeared like they overbooked. The number of people waiting was ridiculous. We had a 5pm reservation, and our wait was not bad, but trying to walk up to the front door was difficult. They stationed 2 hostess just outside the front door, so consequently, people were blocking the entrance. Once inside, we waited for our server, but we had to flag someone down to get them. The meats were arriving consistently, but you could see the servers had a difficult time maneuvering the room (crowded). Our hot food arrived quickly, but they ran out of bread at the second request, and it never arrived. They changed the salad bar configuration. The soup bar was next to the salad bar without an out, so you had to get your soup and turn around to get back to your table. In the meantime, more people are entering the soup bar area, making it difficult to get out. Some people were going the wrong way at the salad bar, creating more chaos. Perhaps someone should have been stationed there directing the crowd so there would be better flow. The meats were delicious as always! We won't go on Valentine' Day again!! (or any major holiday).

Valentine’s Day was early this year and my life was way too hectic. I had to DoorDash my wife’s gifts to the restaurant! They held on to the gifts for hours, kept it a secret when we entered, helped me unpack the gifts when my wife went to the restroom and provided a pen to sign the card. They brought a card out that read “happy Valentine’s Day, I love you”. 🤗 the food is ALWAYS top tier!! The service is as good as the food!

Hmm, lets just say we were overlooked the entire time, we had our card on green the entire time, we literally had to wave the meat servers down to get anything.i dont like pulling the race card but we watched other races be served and we were just walk right passed , our reservation was at 6:30PM we left at 7:30PM. The employeess were hanging on to that meat like it was Gold.. catered to other races overlooked blacks .. horrible experience
