I frequent KOP Fogo weekly. Carlos, my 1st time server did an excellent job and was very attentive to my needs and acted quickly each time.

I set a reservation for 5 and they set us at a table for 4. When I spoke up, they were frustrated with me but put us at a bigger table. The manager then hovered at our table making us feel like we had to rush through our meal. Been here a dozen times and never experienced this.

I normally absolutely love this place, but I believe because it was a holiday they were so busy that their meats came out very inconsistent in flavor, texture, and moistness. Also, for a restaurant that is as high-priced as they are and as big as they are, you would think that they would have more than two stars in the ladies room. At one point I went to the ladies room and there were seven people in front of me waiting both in the bathroom and in the hall. That's ridiculous. Everyone that was waiting in line complained about it. I've been there on a holiday before and had much better of an overview of how the meal went. I don't think I'll ever go back on a holiday again.

We had a reservation for Thanksgiving at 6:30pm. We arrived at 6:30pm, but our table wasn’t ready until 15min later. The service was okay but slow/forgetful. My water glass was spotty so I asked for another one. The waiter gave me another clean one that was on his tray, but then never brought out another glass for my husband. I ordered a glass of wine after my cocktail, but it wasn’t brought out in time, so I told the waiter to just not bring it. The noise level was very loud. The meat was tasteless and some dried out.

Awesome place, atmosphere. Everyone that works there really enjoys their job. On point serving anything you want or need . Strongly recommend this place for dinner experience .

Great atmosphere. Meat was decent. Fish was toxic / first time i sent a meal back.

Very disappointed. Not the experience it once was. And the plates and silverware were dirty. Very long wait for meats. Not sure wile will ever go back again.

Very hard to get filet & ribeye which was that wanted, took forever & asked our server as well as other individuals, they would come back asking if anyone ever came over & confirmed they did not. Salad bar with empty salad Caesar bowl for awhile, tomatoe/mozzarella salad looked like it had been sitting out for ages, I ended up asking the hostess if she could get someone to fill them, she said they are filled so I had to show her they were not. No spoons on table with soup, had to ask a manager for a spoon, waited at least 5 mins for a spoon, just ridicules. We’ve never had this bad of service before & eat here fairly often. Our waiter was very nice & trying to be helpful but others around him weren’t helpful. Also, when I finally got the medium filet, he wanted to give me an end cut, I wanted a pink piece but instead he insisted on giving me a very rare piece of meat, I told him that was rare but he argued with me that it was medium. Later, as it still sat on my dish, I asked our waiter what temp he thought the meat was & he confirmed it was very very rare. It basically was raw red. I did let him know that the server argued with me over the temp if the meat. Highly doubt we’ll ever go there again.

Good food, had to ask for the nicer cuts to come around, but once I did, they were there extremely quickly.
