We love Fogo’s and have been to about 7 different ones multiple times. We always have a great experience. This time was very disappointing as the service was really poor. Usually there is always someone available to help. This time we had to search for our server multiple times. The restaurant wasn’t busy either. We are going to try it again tonight and see if it was just an anomaly.

Brought my father in law and his wife here to celebrate his 70th birthday. They both really enjoyed the experience. My wife, daughter and I have dined here a few times. A little disappointed we did not see the candied bacon, but everything else was outstanding.

The worst service I’ve experienced at Fogo by far. Both food and drink service were abysmal, had to ask out for the meat service to come multiple times, drinks were forgotten multiple times, unlikely I will return to this location. Complete disappointment, and furthermore when you consider the price.

The staff is so nice very attentive, they will take care of you!The food was great. It was a little noisy for Friday night, but it was overall a good experience always at the King of Prussia location!

Unorganized chaos at the hostess stand. We had a reservation for 4. They checked us in and then proceeded to sit 5 other parties that had reservation times after ours and many with the same party size. The salad bar is always pretty good. The meat was mediocre at best. Rubbery. Chewy. Overcooked chicken that was dry and tasted burned. Had to ask multiple times for rib eye to show up at the table which it finally did when we were close to finished.

Fantastic wait service provided by Stella and Dane. They were very helpful with our party that included our infant granddaughter. And they made our birthday celebration special. Food was excellent as always. Salad bar exceptional! Thank you.

Fogo de Chao never fails to provide a wonderful experience, including great service, high-quality, delicious food, in a pleasing environment. I was dining alone this evening, and received extra attention from all of the staff, which is always appreciated.

The meat was extremly salty and even when i asked not to add extra salt was request was ignored was told i will have to wait for more meat to be toasted at which time we appt to leave- will not try it again!
