I recently visited Fogo de Chão in Kansas City and was disappointed with the service. The food was decent, but the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations. The service needs to improve to match the quality of the restaurant. While it’s a good place, the attention to detail and overall service should be better.

Server was amazing ! Was always present and on time with each meal. Made sure we enjoyed the full experience to the max ! Definitely going again soon !

The price has gone up slightly but the cost of everything is so high, we completely understand. The service is top notch and the food is absolutely amazing. The cheese with honey and the beef ribs are my absolute favorite.

The food was good as always! We loved the salad bar always a good place to grab some sides for the unlimited meats. We weren’t very happy with the service we received that was the only part of the experience that we weren’t very fond of. One thing for sure make sure to ask for the certain cuts of meats you want because the red meats do not come out unless you ask we did wait a while to even get red meat. Most of the meats that came out were ribs, pork belly, chicken and sausage.

The food was great. Eventhoughyhey had a ton of staff getting the drinks , desert and food to the table was slow and required multiple conversations various staff members.

It was our wedding day and we had reservations here to celebrate. They were trying to over charge myself as well as my guests an additional 30.00 for our meal, which is not even on the menu! I was very upset. I have spoken to a lady regarding my reservations way before our special date and time and she never forwarded me the overpriced meal that they were trying to make us pay. I feel like because this was our special day and we chose this restaurant to celebrate that really made me upset and sad. Amber reached out to me via email to apologize and to offer us a complementary meal for two, but I have yet to receive that through my email. So I do not know if I will ever return to this restaurant. The guy that was there was very apologetic and he did help us and also gave me a hug which really made me feel a little better.

Portions were small and the waiters rarely came around. Nothing like other Fogo's we've been to or Galpao gaucho . There would be many minutes where you would not see any of the waiters carrying the meats around. We finally left before we were even full.

Servers , managers, and food were very great! Bartender was amazing as well!! The hostess was not pleasant at all! I actually would have left if I did not look forward to their food here. Things happen, we were 15 minutes late for our reservation which is never normally a problem but she was very snobby about it, and in turn canceled out my dining reward. I would advise calling in next time instead of being aggravated with patrons
