En 1979, le Fogo® a commencé à faire partager la manière gaucho de préparer la viande à Porto Alegre, au Brésil. Waited 30 minutes for a table. There was an 8-top open for over an hour and they still would not seat a table of 5. No reason to make people wait when tables are open for a “later” reservation. Probably going to find a new place for Christmas dinner next year. I understand the holidays are always busy but there is no reason to make larger groups wait when there are tables open.

Visiting Fogo De Chao on Christmas Eve has been a family tradition for our family for a few years now. We always enjoy it and the staff is always kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!

Always a good time, lots of food and very good. The service was awesome, very attentive to the table. Huge selection and variety of options.

Very disappointing. Not our first visit but it was for a birthday dinner and it wasn’t crowded. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy but our server brought water, asked if it was our first time and left. We got salad, waited for our cards for meat and finally asked for them, he didn’t bring plates. We put our salad plates on an empty unbussed table and got our own plates for meat. He’d brought potatoes while we were having salad and they were cold. We’d asked for wine - finally flagged another server who brought it. Asked for more sides and waited 10 minutes - he only remembered when we asked again. It wasn’t crowded but just an all around disappointing experience. Meat was good but for the price, it was very underwhelming. He finally offered a dessert menu - having forgotten it was for a birthday. We ordered the brigadeiro cake which took another 10 minutes but was delicious. When we asked for a box for it, it took forever and wasn’t even the same server we’d started with. No one thanked us for coming or anything - completely disappointed.

Reservation for 7:45. Didn’t get sat until close To 8:30 pm. Very crowded and noisy waiting for table. Bar was understaffed - waited 15 minutes to order drinks and bartender seemed very angry - not friendly at all. Poor service for dinner too- we had a large party and they had us packed in like sardines and the chefs with the meat would just stop at corners of table. Those of us in the middle kept getting skipped. They would say they would come back but never would. Kept getting different cuts of sirloin. They asked what else we would like - we requested filet but they never brought any. Also never brought lemons for water that were requested. Not worth the $62 per person.

The food was excellent and never ending. All meats were deliciously prepared with the beef options having a nice crisp exterior while maintaining a medium-rare interior. The seafood was also delicious and plentiful for those in our party that chose those options. We all left full and very satisfied! Thank you.

This was our first time here we went for Brunch and we were not disappointed at all! The service was exceptional! Our waitress explained the menu and we wanted the full experience and she said we wouldn’t be disappointed and we weren’t!! The food was very well presented, fresh and environment was clean. The food was delicious the meats were well cooked and the drinks were delicious also if you wanted your meat cooked a certain way they will do it! They even paid attention to that it was our Anniversary (some establishments don’t always pay attention to what’s written in the reservations) they allowed us to select a dessert from their dessert menu which was a nice selection. The only disappointment I would say which is minor is when the dessert was brought out I wanted to get a picture of the plate, the waitress said they were going to write happy anniversary on it but when it was brought out, we had the molten cake with ice cream and the ice cream and smeared the writing on the plate you couldn’t see what it said anymore🙁 Besides that minor thing everything was excellent. Definitely a must try and if you haven’t ever been when you go make sure you enjoy the whole experience you will not be disappointed! My husband even loved it! On a scale from 1-10 We definitely gave it a 9.5 we can’t wait to go back for another date night we are looking forward to trying their dinner.
