Horrible. Waited 30mins just to be seated after making reservations. The waiter didn’t get us water until 10mins after being seated. When we asked for water and the little side dishes they said it’s usually brought out upon request This will be my last time dining here. I highly recommend to go during the week if you really want to go to Fogo. Otherwise, go elsewhere. Not worth it

Perfecto , visite el lugar por primera vez y fueron muy amables conmigo al explicarme la dinámica que ofrecían . Quede muy satisfecho en todos los sentidos gracias Lo recomiendo 100%

Bathrooms were disgusting. No toilet paper, no seat covers and puddles around the toilet. For what we pay for food, restrooms should be clean. I don’t think any staff checked the restrooms all day. Service was slow. Same cuts of meat every time. There’s maybe only 3 types of beef, 2 chicken and 2 lamb that come by over and over. You get tired of it.

Me and My wife went in excited to try Fogo de Chao but it was a bad experience , waiter took 30 minutes to hand over water cups, the guys with the meats wouldn’t get near the table to offer meats,struggled to get refill on drinks , no one checked to see how we were doing , really bad experience wouldnt recommend not worth the price honestly

This particular location is very unorganized. The layout of the restaurant itself is very poor. Th service was underwhelming and quite frustrating. We were in direct line of sight that the gaucho chefs were coming towards. We were slightly tucked away to the side but nevertheless we were overlooked almost the entire time. We came here to celebrate two Birthdays and this place did not perform. Definitely not coming to this location again

Very unorganized and lack of service. I was extremely disappointed that I had a reservation at 10pm and was told that my wait to get seated was unknown due to overbooking. We were than seated until 11:30, one hour and a half after my reserved time. Overall will not recommend going especially since reservation times are not respected.

Absolutely the WORST dining experience I’ve ever had. I made a reservation for 9:45 PM on Valentine’s Day, arrived on time, and was told by the host that they had no estimated wait time and it could be up to TWO HOURS. Why even take reservations if you have zero intention of honoring them? We were told we’d receive a text when our table was ready. Guess what? We never got one. We waited over TWO HOURS, starving, only for them to close at midnight without a single update or apology. They completely ignored us and left us stranded with no other dining options available. This place has horrendous customer service, absolute incompetence in managing reservations, and zero respect for their guests’ time. They ruined our Valentine’s Day. If you value your time, sanity, and a restaurant that actually honors reservations, STAY FAR AWAY. Shame on this establishment for their complete lack of professionalism. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Reservations were made for 9:30. Didn’t get seating until around 10:45. Service was about as reasonable as you would expect for being so busy, understandably on a holiday. I just wish they wouldn’t have over booked themselves so much, or maybe just offered people discounts on their next visit if reservations were canceled sooner.
