Really disappointing tonight. The floor where we were sitting was filthy! Salad bar was not as fresh and full as usual. Service was average. Meat was good.

Our experience was nothing like I've experienced in the past at other Fogo De Chaos... Today my family went to get the full experience. We found an ad for a discounted price at $45 per person and expressed that we wanted that experience instead. Lucus, our server, explained that we would not get the premium meats during this price and we were okay with that. We agreed to this experience and pricing and he went ahead and said he'll get us started with that. Once he walked away we went to the bar and got some food there. As we sat there slowly eating the food from the bar, we saw numerous runners with meats completely avoiding us for about 15 minutes. We expressed to Lucus that we didn't get any meat for the past 15 minutes and he made sure that the runners came by with meat. The meat was okay and fairly gamey. Once we all had our fair share of meats we decided to just get the bill. Once we told Lucus we wanted the check he grabbed our plates and disappeared for about 5 minutes. The restaurant didn't seem busy at all with empty tables so I was wondering what happened. Once we got our check we found that he didn't give us the pricing we agreed apon at the beginning of the meal. He proceeds to gaslight all of us saying that he never said that and asked us if he was the one who allowed that. I was confident because he was the only one in the whole entire restaurant with glasses. Lucus then adjusts the pricing and storms off. Once he came back with the card, he unprofessionally just dropped the bill off without saying anything. We walked out of the restaurant and I saw him hiding at the far side of the bar. Definitely will not be coming back to this Fogo De Chao.

We have been to Fogo de Chão many times in many different locations. Tonight’s dinner was very very good. The salad bar was fresh and appetizing. The meats were served fresh and warm. The Brazilian grilled cheese with honey was a delicious surprise. We had crème brûlée and chocolate Brigadeiros for dessert and both were delicious.

Love the meats and the simple flavoring of it. Pure excellence, if you have not tried it yet you got to give it a chance you won't be disappointed.

We had an amazing time, thank you so much to your staff and especially our server. She was so attentive and made sure it was special for my partners birthday. We will definitely be back and tell all our friends of how great an experience it was celebrating here.

The hostess was bit rude! Will not give us a better table when the restaurant had a lots empty tables.

We hated the buffet and the whole experience felt like an up-sell scam. Food was decent but given the scam feeling, we didn't trust the food. At all. Entrees only available on weekdays so you're forced to $70 per person. QR code to full menu but full menu not available on weekends. Awful experience.
