Le Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse (prononcé fo-go dèe shoun) est un authentique steakhouse du sud du Brésil servant depuis 1979 des grillades préparées à la manière des gauchos de Porto Alegre. Les chefs gauchos du Fogo utilisent aujourd'hui encore les mêmes techniques de cuisson pour préparer chacune des 20 pièces de viande du menu. Un service continu à table est assuré. Vous pourrez déguster les délicieuses préparations des chefs gauchos ainsi que les produits gastronomiques du marché, les accompagnements brésiliens authentiques et la liste de vins médaillés.

I love the place very beautiful and very classy. I just wish they had more hot foods at the buffet part. Other than that amazing place to go on a nice date. Even had a couple get engaged when there. I recommend

The food was excellent but the service sucks. I treated my best friend and his son to dinner on Christmas day. They were visiting from Neveda and I wanted to take them somewhere nice and a co-worker suggested Fogo de Chao. He talked about how good the service was when he went, sadly we didn't get that same service. They sat us in the back kinda in the corner. We waited 20 minutes before anyone with meat came to our table however the table next to us must have been regulars because the servers kept going to them offering meats then would turn and walk away like we were invisible so I started flagging them down, when they would come to their table. Just horrible. My best friend like well-done beef, we keep asking for it and they would aways say they will bring some right out however another 10 minutes we ask again. Finally, I got irritated and called our server who was laughing and talking with the regulars next to us and told her that we have been waiting for 45 minutes for well-done meat. If it had not been for the food being exceptionally good, I would not have left a tip.

We have eaten at this restaurant for holiday meals for several years but this year the meat was slow to be brought to the table.

We started going to Fogo de Chao several years ago for Christmas, and the experience has gotten worse the last couple of years. The salad bar has gotten smaller and the options has decreased. This year where they had soup options was replaced with tables, and therefore less options. They roped off the bar area and you couldn’t get a night cap at the bar. They did not serve the spiced wine. They seemed very focused on maximizing the number of tables over the quality of experience. We discussed on the drive back home and next year we will have our Christmas lunch at Eddie V’s or Perry’s.

Restaurant definitely overbooked on Christmas Eve. Food and service was mediocre especially for the price. Tables were extremely close to each other which made it an awkward experience when going to the salad bar or leaving. Felt the quality of their meats went downhill as well.

Great Christmas Eve dinner. Delicious meats and an excellent salad bar. The fried cheese is some of the best!

We went to Fogo for a family group dinner at 6:30pm. We were seated quickly and the waitress was nice, but service was very slow. Took a long time to get drinks and sides. The meat started coming out before we even had plates. Timing was definitely off. We were swarmed my waiters with meat choices at the very beginning, but had to ask muliple times for servers to come back. Only half of the meat served was tender with good taste. We were pretty disappointed in the meat quality.
