Le restaurant Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse - Dallas (prononcé fo-go dé cha-an) est un authentique steakhouse du sud du Brésil. En 1979, le Fogo® a commencé à faire partager les méthodes gaucho de préparer la viande à Porto Alegre, au Brésil. Les chefs gauchos du Fogo utilisent aujourd'hui encore les mêmes techniques de cuisson pour préparer chacune des 20 pièces de viande du menu. Un service continu à table est assuré. Went for the weekend brunch. The food was excellent as usual and the service was excellent as well. Will be returning soon.

Great place to go for Celebration and they run great especial from time to time. Managers are very personal and friendly.

Everything was wonderful! I had family and friends meet for my birthday lunch, and a few were first timers. They really enjoyed all of the options and quality of the food. We did have a couple of hiccups during serving where I don't thinknthe servers understood what was being asked from the table about meat cuts, but the kinks were worked out. Overall, everyone had a pleasant dining experience.

We celebrate milestones here and we're here for my son's 17th birthday. We went without drink refills, I waited 15 or so minutes for meat to come around to our table. However, when it was time to clear the table (as we sat and talked), the waitress was the most attentive. There was no offer of coffee or anything. Very disappointed during this visit.

Fogo is a staple we are used to in other locations around the country so we have seen how it could be. We chose the full meat experience that includes the premium cuts. After making that selection, the premium cuts were never offered to us as part of the walk around meat servers. Finally someone asked if there was anything else we would like so we had to request the filet and beef ribs. The best meat was the bacon wrapped chicken which usually isnt the case at a place known for beef. Salad bar was great. At one point, one of the servers tipped his grease tray and it spilled down my wife’s arm and onto her pants. He saw it, a quick “sorry” and off he went. Overall would call it a below average for Fogo.
