Le restaurant Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse - Dallas (prononcé fo-go dé cha-an) est un authentique steakhouse du sud du Brésil. En 1979, le Fogo® a commencé à faire partager les méthodes gaucho de préparer la viande à Porto Alegre, au Brésil. Les chefs gauchos du Fogo utilisent aujourd'hui encore les mêmes techniques de cuisson pour préparer chacune des 20 pièces de viande du menu. Un service continu à table est assuré. Not our best visit to Fogo. Definitely will not go back on a holiday weekend. Service was slow and lots of the meat was overcooked. We enjoy Fogo and will be back but not on a busy weekend.

Went here for valentines. Had a 9pm reservation and was told they were 50 mins behind on reservations. Finally got sat at 950. Thankfully they were still serving fresh meats even though they closed at 1030. Food was good, they just need to work on how they organized and ran things in the future for a busy night like vday.

Made a reservation and had to wait hour and 10 minutes when we made a reservation two weeks before food was great but price wasn’t fair due to the wait and had no where seat while waiting

I think they need to improve on their time management regarding reservations. There is not one time since we been where we arrive on time an check in per reservation time and we’re having to wait 15-35mins What’s the point of having reservations then? anyways- the service was okay we did the full experience. We kept waiting to get served beef cuts everyone that kept coming was either chicken / parmesan coated cuts oh and the cheese guy 😂 he forsure kept coming. Until I spoke with someone then the beef cuts starting coming but until the end when we started getting full.

We always enjoy it here. We only go for special occasions. It was busy but he staff was on a roll. Service quick, food good, the buffet was nice, meat selection always good. Even though it was Valentines day, it did not take long for or scheduled reservation seating.

Minus a Star on two areas, and I understand it was Valentines day, but it seems that the restaurant didn't prepare correctly for the influx of patrons & reservations. Even with a 630p reservation we had to wait in an extremely overcrowded lobby for over 45 mins, 30 minutes beyond our reservation time. The lobby was very chaotic. Bar tending staff seem a little frustrated with the sheer volume of drink orders, so ordering drinks while we waited was an adventure. Again it was Valentines Day 2025, on a Friday night no less. Food quality was as expected and the wait staff very attentive. Everything was fresh and meats were cooked to your desired temps. I do want to commend the wait staff, those guys were on top of their game and we tipped more than 25% because of the service.
