Le restaurant Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse - Dallas (prononcé fo-go dé cha-an) est un authentique steakhouse du sud du Brésil. En 1979, le Fogo® a commencé à faire partager les méthodes gaucho de préparer la viande à Porto Alegre, au Brésil. Les chefs gauchos du Fogo utilisent aujourd'hui encore les mêmes techniques de cuisson pour préparer chacune des 20 pièces de viande du menu. Un service continu à table est assuré. The Addison Fogo is amazing. Hoa, the Manager runs a smooth, impeccable, delicious, and incredible operation. They are at the top of our favorite places to eat. Whether we just choose the Market Table salad bar, or add a meat or have the Full Churrosco, we enjoy every bite and every moment in this restaurant. The food selection, high quality, ideal ambiance, excellent and attentive service all contribute to our enjoyment. We were there yesterday and already look forward to our next visit!

Despite reservations we had to wait almost two hours to be seated because of double bookings online and walking being accommodated.

Fogo de Chao is one of our favorite places to eat and we go there often. However, last night was a bad experience. We had a 7:00 pm reservation. When we arrived, they told us they were running behind and it would be a half hour wait. It ended up being over an hour wait for a table which is unacceptable with a reservation. They obviously oversold their reservations. Then we were seated in the far corner away from the kitchen so that they were running out of the best meats before they got to us. I the first half-hour the only thing that made it to our table were toasted cheese, sauage and slivers of one steak that was well done (I like my steak rare). We finally started getting good cuts at about 8:30 pm and had a nice meal. The wait staff was doing all that they could, but management messed up by not having enough staff or tables to match the people they made reservations for. They have been in business more than long enough to know how many parties they can handle on the holidays - they should have stopped taking reservation.

Had a great Christmas dinner. Unfortunately had to wait 30 minutes for the table, but wasn’t a big deal as it was easy to get to the party and have a pre dinner cocktail. As busy as it was, food and service were all excellent. Love this location. Thank you to all the team that took care of us on Christmas Day.

It was just ok. Room for improvement. Too busy and rushy. Waiters all over themselves, crossing over themselves and us. Wasn't the right fit for us.

Disappointing Service for a Special Occasion For many years, my family has celebrated Christmas Eve at Fogo de Chão in Addison, and we've always enjoyed it. This year, our group of 12 started on a high note with an exceptional bar experience and a smooth check-in. However, the evening took a disappointing turn when it came time to flip our cards to green. We were seated at a long table, with adults at one end (near the glass wine room) and kids at the other. While the kids seemed to get plenty of meat—almost to the point of "meat sweats"—the adults struggled to get the servers’ attention. Fogo advertises 16 cuts of meat, but we barely sampled five. The servers, though clearly working hard in a very busy restaurant, appeared to get distracted halfway down our table, veering off in other directions before reaching us. This left the adults feeling overlooked and frustrated. While I understand the challenges of holiday crowds, this level of service was disappointing and not what I expect from Fogo de Chão. Unfortunately, this experience has me reconsidering future visits for family events.

Impeccable service and top notch food, except for a couple of missed steps. Servers of some items have to be waved incessantly to be served with sirloin and lamb.
