Venez prendre un fabuleux repas au Fogo de Chão® de Boston, situé dans l'historique Copley Square, en face de la bibliothèque publique de Boston et littéralement à deux pas de l'église Trinity et du Hancock Buillding. L'emplacement est idéal, tant pour les habitants et que pour les touristes. Le Fogo de Chão est un steakhouse brésilien authentique - une churrascaria – et est devenu une référence au Brésil depuis 1979. Overall, welcoming experience. Requested to have a table with enough room for a stroller and bassinet, and the staff kindly met our needs. Server (sorry didn't catch her name) was polite and professional throughout the evening. Lastly dessert was on the house! Because they might've seen how hard we were working to put our infant to sleep in the middle of our meal. Would recommend returning to this location.

Excellent customer service, we left super happy with the service provided to us. The staff is very professional and friendly… it was our first time visiting this place and definitely we will be coming back…keep up the great work

Server never spoke to us except to get our drink order. After about an hour dropped the check. Very poor service. Market table was picked over and missing many items. I saw what looked like a manager rushing another table to finish their food and cash out as well. It would have been more understand if the restaurant was full and there was a wait. However there were plenty of tables within the section we were sitting available.

Table service was mediocre. Did not offer or ask if we wanted more sides. Did not offer fresh/clean plates. Gauchos were great and even brought out grilled cheese when we mentioned we were waiting for it. Service is not consistent.

We’re there to meet a friend. Had to wait at the bar - drinks and service were good. I booked in advance so we were seated relatively promptly. Environment is incredibly noisy. Service was very slow - the offered excuse was that server was in training, however, there’s no excuse for waiting for a glass of wine for 40 min with many reminders. And after complaining to a manager (getting one was a separate adventure requiring getting up and looking) and resolving the issue, our server was slightly overly intrusive and attentive interrupting conversation. Salad bar well socked, offered variety and was delicious, although floor was wet around. Meats were of a good quality, felt like slightly overcooked, but it may be a matter of personal preference. They run out of their mango desert, but cream brûlée was very tasty. Fair experience, good although not superb food/drinks, service/ambiance were very modest and a downside.

Most cuts of meat were well done. One server asked what I was looking for and he would bring me that specific cut. It didn’t happen. No one brought us the fried cheese with honey. The tables were so close together we were hitting the table next to us. There were customers wearing sweatpants and talking on speaker phones. Small children were sitting on the tables. Not babies but, small children. No managers from the restaurant addressed the safety concerns, attire or speaker phones. Was an overall bust. We had loved coming here in the past. They must have overbooked tonight as it was packed. Extremely disappointing night. Four people with two total (not two each) alcoholic beverages, and one dessert was almost $500 w/tip. That’s completely insane.
