I think we missed the wave of freshly cooked meat? Or maybe at 7:30 we're still in the dinner rush? But the meat was all overcooked. The least cooked meat was medium well. And for cuts of meat like beef ribs that need to be well done, it was overly well done such that the meat was disintegrating. Ribs shouldn't be fall off the bone. There should be some bite to it. But if that's the "experience" it wasn't worth the $65 per person. After we had our fill, the next wave saw meat that was cooked beautifully. Unfortunately we came to early to enjoy it. Maybe because the dinner rush was well over at 9:00, the cooks may have spent more attention on their cook? On the bright side, the service was great. Very attentive. All our questions were addressed.

We have always had a wonderful experience at Fogo in Bethesda, and part of that experience is the excellent wait staff. Both Joseano and Samuel are incredible. They are very attentive, helpful, and provide wonderful service.

Please understand. I’m an extremely understanding and patient person. I get it. The level of service I receive from this establishment was ungodly. I ordered a bottle of very good wine that never came after 4 servers said that they will look into it. Our meal was 90% finished when they said that their ran out of Stags Leaf. Little too late don’t you think. My salmon was so overcooked. It looked like cat food. When the manager finally arrived, the best that she can do to rectify our horrible dining experience was to give us free dessert. This was the worst dinning experience I had in 45 years.

Always excellent service: Fabiano, Valmir, Joseano. Very bright ambiance with large windows and decoration. And the food outstanding.

Terrific as alwsys. Great picanha, outstanding salad bar, delicious trims. Enjoyed watching the European soccer games. Will return.

Good food and excellent service. Water was dripping on us from overhead A/C unit, but restaurant staff quickly responded by moving us to another table.

Definitely will go back...The food was fabulous but the seating a bit too open. Did not have privacy and I felt like it was a bit distracting ie cafeteria style. Two of three of us were meat lovers...and raved about the food.. I do not eat pork and very little beef. My husband loved it but I wish there were more vegetarian choices.

Best Fogo I have ever been too. Just went to the Lapostolle wine dinner and what incredible value. $89 5 courses including Wagyu and 4 highly rated wines including the #40 wine on the WS top 100 list. do not miss out on any fogo events. service from hostess greeting, mgt checking in, gaucho's bringing cuts and bartender cocktails they were top notch. Thanks again.
