Really liked Market Table salad bar. Good selection and freshly prepared items. Didn’t try meat as we were too full.

Fast food meat restaurant, no more than. It’s not about fine dining, just about eating a lot of meat.

As advertised. I've eaten at Fogo de Chao in other cities, this was comparable. Salad bar was good. Drinks were good. Flank steak was by far the best of the meats.

They don’t abide by reservations. Waited over 25 minutes past our reservation time and saw people ask for tables without reservations walk right in and get seated.

We went to Fogo de Chao for Thanksgiving. Dinner. Overall the food was okay except for the Thanksgiving stuffing being cold. The principal reason for the low service rating is that we were unable to get a table until 45 minutes after our reservation time. It appeared that they overbooked and some people with reservations were waiting for over an hour. We may go back there sometime, but not on Thanksgiving.

Over Booked. It took 1 and a half hours to be seated after our reservation time. It was a mob scene at the front door. When we finally got seated, we never got a waiter and had to order our own drinks at bar and help ourselves at market buffet

This is my 3rd time in this FDC location, so this is a fair review and not a one time thing. Background, I’ve been to other FDC locations, mostly in LA and Vegas, and had a wonderful experience each time. Everytime we visit this location I expected the same level of experience but I always end up disappointed. I’ll rank the experience worst to best: 1. The worst part is online reservation vs actual wait. Everytime I book a reservation, I always end up waiting 30 mins to an hour in this location. The hosts/hostesses in the front can only do so much when the restaurant overbooks themselves. There isn’t enough seat in the front for everyone to sit or wait. So it ends up being crowded. Not once did the manager on duty check or help the front desk on the over 1 hr wait we were there despite coming on the time of our reservation. 2. The food, specifically in this location (20-40% of the meats) are dry or bland. There are some that are so good that it makes you to ask for more :D 3. Ambiance: noisier than most. 4. Staff: everyone was very nice, but the youngerthe staff the more unprofessional they get. No bad interactions with me but I’ve seen things that isn’t for me to write about (only in this location). 5. Location: in downtown Bellevue, and has decent to plenty of parking I recommend for people to try this place during a non-peak season or time like 2 pm on a Tuesday for a better experience but never on dinner time, on a weekend or during a holiday.
