   Celebrated my birthday with my husband and daughter. Experience was superb. Our server is Fernando and he is Amazing. He is so attentive, friendly and efficient. He provided us an excellent service. He makes sure that all our needs are being attended by always checking on us. He even gave me a complimentary birthday cake and sang happy birthday with my daughter as well. We love him haha. All of the staffs there are wonderful and the service is fantastic. Our plates are overflowing with meats. They will even ask us if there is a specific meat that we like to have and even follow it up to us if we receive the meat or not. This fogo de chao branch is awesome. The Seattle branch is nothing ( bad customer service) compared to the fogo de chao Bellevue branch. Highly recommend this place.

   Selection of meats was fantastic, service was a little slow - took a long time to get meats consistently. It was a packed night and service was kind of chaotic - drink orders and special requests getting lost in the fray. Servers did a good job to try and compensate. Was there to celebrate a birthday, but think that got lost in the chaos. The market table bar was disappointing compared to other locations. Pretty small and sparse. Overall a decent experience, would like to revisit this place when it is less busy. I'd say avoid dinners here on the weekend unless you like service chaos and slow meat delivery.

   Fogo can be a hit or miss. Tonight they were close to perfect. Meats were perfectly seasoned. Service was a little slow at times but they responded quickly to requests and reminders. The pork belly was heavenly. Drumsticks boasted a nice crunch with a balanced umami profile. Beans were good as always. I did not like the brown rice. Bring back the white jasmine. Mocktails were just like drinking alcohol. I can’t complain.

   Our steak was full of Fat. The wine was good , but skimpy with their pour vs price. Not fond of self service salad bars. Too many people passing through your table space. Our first time there & our last. We’ve been to wonderful Brazilian Steak Houses throughout the country & this tastes like a Restaurant that lost its Flair when it franchised into chains.

   Went to the Fogo de Chao Bar Party for the 5th time. You get two drinks and passed appetizers. They come by over and over with steak bites, chicken, spiced bacon, Empanadas, the best Pão de queijo and so much more. Tons of servers. And all for $29!! It's fantastic. Sign up for their emails and new rewards program. Four of us friends go every time I get the email. Around 2-3 times a year. So fun!! And for my $29 and rewards program I get a free Market Table in the restaurant next time. You can't beat it! Go, you'll love it!

   We went in for a specialty offer they were serving. We sat at the bar and we were served a variety of dishes. We chose deviled eggs, candied bacon, chicken wrapped in bacon, steak wrapped in bacon, spicy chicken sliders, grilled cheese with honey, a charcuterie board, deep fried cheese balls, and the list goes on! Everything was so delicious and a unique experience. We also enjoyed some of their specialty drinks and they were superb. We will definitely be back!
