After spending over 400$ for four people with no alcohol. Bring marked down as a no show and having to jump thru hoops to correct this is totally unacceptable. We’re not numbers we’re people show us some respect.

I’ve dined here twice in the past three days, and unfortunately, both visits had the same issue: overcooked food. I requested medium rare steaks multiple times across both visits—specifically bacon-wrapped steak medium rare on 12 occasions—and only received it correctly once. On the second trip, I requested an outside cut medium rare eight times, but again, it was only served correctly once. Shira, the server who initially greeted me, was fantastic. She was the only one consistently able to get my requests into the kitchen, and even then, the kitchen only followed through about 70% of the time—far better than the 10% success rate on my earlier visit. The real disappointment was the lack of customer service from the manager. On both nights, she didn’t check in with any tables unless a customer specifically demanded to speak to her. In my experience, most restaurant managers are proactive in ensuring a great dining experience, but that wasn’t the case here. The only time she approached me was to push an upsell on cocktail shrimp. This level of customer service left much to be desired.

Every one was very nice, and attentive to what ever they may thought I needed. The food was delicious and the servers couldn’t have been nicer. My drink was a little too strong for me, but my server had no problem getting it fixed for me. I can’t wait to brunch again.

We did it enjoy it. Philly Fogo much more professional. We didn't order the 8 dollar bottle of water but got it, we seemed to get the cheap meets our way and never saw our waiter after ordering. Just bad all around and waiter was very unsure about what was gluten free and we never should have trusted him. We paid for it

This was my anniversary dinner with my husband. Unfortunately, it fell short. I’m not sure if the hostess realized, but were seated at a table that seemed to be incomplete, and the tablecloth had a red stain on it that looks like somebody didn’t change the tablecloth the previous diner. We ordered a bottle of wine, and I watched the wine captain walk around the restaurant with our bottle, but could not serve it because they were no wine glasses. We probably had to wait 15-20 minutes for our wine could be poured. Our dinner was almost over before the wine was able to be served. Also, upon request, I did inform everyone who walked by that I was looking for rare or medium-rare meat, while my card was flipped over, I did not get served until about 15 minutes later. I had also requested lamb chops on a couple of occasions, when they finally came out, they were very dry and well done. Not the best anniversary experience.
