Le Fogo de Chão® (prononcé fo-go dèe shoun), est un authentique steakhouse du sud du Brésil servant depuis 1979 des grillades préparées à la manière des gauchos de Porto Alegre. The meat was not well seasoned, we got the same offerings over and over again and had to ask for pork belly and chicken. It was not Worth the price, the salad bar was undersized compared to other locations I’ve been to.

Server very poor customer service skills! I waited for my drinks about 20 minutes, then ask the waiter to bring our drinks, he brought our waters, but not my wine or Brazilian soda. He was to busy making tables, forgetting his guest! This was the worst service I had from anyplace, bc of this waiter, I will not come back here! The food and atmosphere was outstanding though and the first time i went here the customer service was Great , but this time very bad!

Absolutely great! Delicious food, great service. We had brunch, the server was great, he offered dessert for our special occasion!

It's clear Fogo takes their time to train excellent servers and management. Every wait staff we encountered was incredibly polite, went out of their way to check on us, and even asked if we were celebrating a special occasion and provided a complimentary dessert. I am not a big meat eater, we went for my husband's birthday, but I was still overwhelmed and appreciated the variety of food in the "salad bar". I had the Chilean Sea Bass, phenomenal, and the salad bar comes with the entree. We still had something for the both of us. The manager on the floor, Ronaldo, went a step above for our meal, and it is clear he is a manager that cares and checks on his customers and waitstaff. Having a designated waiting area allowed us to feel comfortable while we waited on our table to be cleared (we showed up approx 10 minutes before our slotted reservation time) and we were still seated within 5 minutes of checking in. The Valet system was also efficient and convenient to use. They took the time to make personal conversation and we were not just another car. We will be back for sure.

We tend to come to Fogo annually either for my birthday or anniversary which are both in November and take advantage of the $25 coupon. Usually, we are pretty satisfied but last night was a little off. The wait staff was excellent. Attentive and made sure I got my free birthday dessert. I'm a big fan of the salad bar but last night it was not at all impressive. I don't know if was because it was a Tuesday or maybe they were in the middle of adding dishes, but lots of empty spots, almost empty dishes and not a lot of variety. I definitely feel it was a better variety at the old location. Also we sat for a long time, multiple times waiting for any kind of meat to come out. And then several would come out at the same time. I really wanted filet mignon and by the time I got it, it was hard to chew and lacked flavor. The Creme Brule was delicious as always. One more thing to note about this location, having the door open on a chilly night affects those who are sitting in the direct draft. Multiple times I almost got up to close it and kept having to take my sweater on and off. I am not sure why people do not close it. The hostess was all over the place so she did close it when she'd come back up but the inconsistency in temperature was annoying.

Excellent dining experience ! Slightly expensive for dinner. No ancho/ribeye available this evening (Sunday). Other than that definitely would come back
