Le Fogo de Chão® (prononcé fo-go dèe shoun), est un authentique steakhouse du sud du Brésil servant depuis 1979 des grillades préparées à la manière des gauchos de Porto Alegre. Les chefs gauchos du Fogo® utilisent aujourd'hui encore les mêmes techniques de cuisson pour préparer chacune des 20 pièces de viande du menu et proposent un service continu à table. First time here.. the super ice was very good.. I went for a birthday so it was a nice touch to see the dessert they gave. Not so much impressed with slim choices in the buffet and they ran out often the same as the meat choices often so i paid more than expected and left hungry

we had a reservation for my birthday dinner at 8:45pm and were made to wait 35-40 minutes just to get seated. we kept asking for updates and were repeatedly told only a few more minutes and our table was being readied for us, which was clearly just being said to keep us waiting. the service once we were seated wasn’t great, they took forever to get our drinks order and then get our drinks. Food was alright but would recommend Estancia over Fogo. Sausage was horrible and the meats were clearly not rested. Chaotic experience that didn’t live up to expectations and was not what i wanted for my birthday dinner.

I have been to 10 different fogo locations and this location used to be one of my favorites. I have dined without issue dozens of times but recently it’s gone down hill. On this night, our table was ignored by meat holders for almost 50 minutes at one point and when we did get meat brought they were wildly inconsistent with cook and seasoning. Most gauchos didn’t even ask temperature preference and just tossed essentially raw or way over cooked cuts onto my plate. The ones that did ask were never accurate. Additionally the filet and ribeye cuts had to be specially requested by our table (this part happens every time) Extremely sad to say that I have to stop booking dinners here. Was one of my favorites.

This is by far the best for FdC - amazing salad bar, the meats are brilliant and they always keep them well sauced up. Great service!

Food was great! Service exceptional, they made sure we tried all the cuts we wanted with fairly quick turnaround. My family loves dining here.

I recently dined at Fogo de Chao and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with attentive and friendly staff that made me feel right at home. The menu offered a fantastic variety of options, and every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. I particularly loved the picanha which was cooked to perfection. Service was impeccable throughout the meal, Fernando was checking in at just the right moments without being intrusive. The ambiance, coupled with great food and excellent service, made for an unforgettable dining experience. I highly recommend Fogo de Chao to anyone looking for a steakhouse and I’ll definitely be returning!

Don’t know what happened yesterday January 7, 2025 but we showed up for dinner and got our table. Salad bar was not the best it’s ever been. Smoked salmon was dry, like it sat out in the open for several hours. Cucumber salad was also dry, cucumbers looked like they were sitting from the lunch rush. Bacon wasn’t at its best, don’t know what happened but I know they can do it better because I’ve experienced it before. Was it worth the $360? I would say it was more like $200s worth.

Muy buen lugar, garantía en Austin, la mayoría de los meseros hablan español y muy amables todos, mi mamá no come carne y de manera muy paciente le explico las opciones sin carne

We had a party of 8 on NYE. It wasn’t incredibly busy since we went early but some never got their drinks and they only brought the meat service to our table 5 times (3 times was the same meat). Spent the time waiting super long in between the meats even though we made requests and our cards were green.
