The staff at this restaurant was exceptional—everyone was attentive and hardworking, ensuring we were well taken care of. The service was friendly and welcoming, making for a great dining experience. The food was delicious, though I would have loved to see a bit more variety on the salad bar. Overall, a fantastic visit!

I expected SO MUCH MORE! The service was horrible, the food was mediocre, the meat was extremely salty and fatty on most pieces. Then the people running the tables were passing us up even though our green cards were up. Spoke with the manager and he just tried to offer us some old cheesecake. Yeah, we won’t be back. Had a larger party that they couldn’t accommodate.

It was our first time here and we loved it! The waitress was patient with us and explained how the dining experience is at Fogao Gaucho. Definitely will be back!

The service we received was terrible!! When you are paying $60/person you expect good service. The meat was coming quickly until after our first round and then we had to ask for meat instead of them coming to the table with our green chip up. Order a drink from the bar and it sat for well over 10 mins while our waiter talked with his co workers instead of doing his job. The tip we left was very little and not even close to the suggested tip due to the service and the meat options.

Food was as expected, some meats better than others, and expensive. Sides took too long. They sold a groupon with a “LOVE” code and didn’t accept on Valentine’s Day. Bait and switch! Feel cheated.

The first time the staff were beyond professional. If any other restaurant had half the customer service these people did they would be top rated restaurants. Everything was professionally set out, and staff were on top of getting her drinks ready and making sure our food was to our standards and liking. Biggest variety of meat and buffet that we’ve been to. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend.

The food was amazing like always, there is manager I think his name is Manuelo, he is always very professional and friendly making sure that we have everything we need atmosphere is great, we were party of five and we all agreed that this place is amazing
