With a culinary team lead by Chef Trey Wilson, we're bringing handcrafted food to the Backlot of Park Road Shopping Center since 2018 and are thrilled to be an OpenTable Diners' Choice award-winner multiple years in a row. Service and Food were top notch. Our server was quick, polite, and went the extra mile for us on a personal request. The dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives is our absolute favorite and the pasta is the best in the city. A perfect date

We love Flour Shop for dinner, but their brunch fell short in value and quality. $14 for a BLT with 2 slices each of bacon and tomato with iceberg lettuce is robbery. We will return for dinner, but steer clear of their brunch pop ups going forward.

Love this place! The food is exceptional, they have a good wine selection and the service is top notch. This is one of my favorites in the Charlotte area for dinner.

We sat at the bar, where we enjoyed watching the chef prepare the meals. Each of us had hanger steak and frites with a delicious lemony aioli. Unlike my partner's steak mine was a disappointment.The flavor was ok, but due to a large tendon running throughout the meat only about half of it was edible. I had a similar experience on my previous visit. I ordered halibut. I thought it was going to be pan seared but the fish l was served was a thin fillet of what looked like fried flounder. It tasted okay, but nothing like halibut I have eaten previously. That little flat thin piece of fried fish lying unadorned atop of a bed of risotto looked sad. The accompaniments were very good.

We sat at the counter, which was actually very nice because you can see the kitchen and it kind of feels like they’re cooking just for you. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere. The potato and chorizo croquettes were phenomenal and the buratta was very fresh and delicious. The only thing we didn’t think was worth the price was the $28 cheese ravioli. We got the honeybee mock tail, which has ginger beer and hot honey. It was amazing. And for dessert we had homemade tiramisu.
