The food, the value, and the service were all fantastic! The only items that I would suggest focusing on are 1. the mixed drinks were too small and 2. a vestibule is needed by the front door.

You can really tell how much thought went into this menu. Everything was fresh and we loved everything we ordered. Will definitely be back!

Awesome experience. The food was all spectacular and the ambiance was great. Would definitely come back and recommend it to others. The bread is great (also tastes like a donut in an amazing way), the salad was crisp and fresh, and both of our entrees had great flavor and were cooked perfectly.

Although our meals were very tasty, you could tell the restaurant was short staffed. Additionally they were out of brussel sprouts and clams and by the time we were leaving they were out of the garlic rolls. I could understand brussel sprouts and clams but honestly the rolls are served with every meal ordered - seems poorly planned. Our waitress explained to a nearby table that their menu is evolving and they will soon have wings and sandwiches taking a fresh fun idea and making it like so many other restaurants in the area. Sad!

Going into the restaurant I tried not to have too high of expectations since it is new but after reading reviews it sounded like a great place. Well we started out with being told they’re out of Brussel sprouts and clams. I then asked to add chicken to my dish but then was told later they were out of pan seared chicken but still had fried chicken. Later the table next to me was told they’re out of bread. Which is crazy since that is part of their 3 course set price meal. The bread and salad were good. The gnocchi was just ok. My family agreed their pasta dishes were just ok. Our salad and bread plates were not cleared from the table when our main dish came and they took our silverware but forgot to bring new ones for the pasta. It is a great concept but food and service could improve. I would not recommend and will not return.

First off the white Negroni that I had at the beginning of my meal was one of the best cocktails I’ve had in the area. I’m coming back for that alone. We tried both salads and they were both very good. Just the right amount and perfectly dressed. The fig and burrata appetizer was very good. Dessert was an interesting take on Tres Leches. It was very good. Both pastas were very good- A few unique twists. Flour is a great addition to the Polaris area.
