everything was great but If someone is celebrating something special there should be something special for them, like a nice piece of cake or something

This was the first time I tried this restaurant. The food was really good and fresh. I had the quesadilla added chicken. I really enjoyed the restaurant and I would return. The service was OK. Our waiter was in a hurry to get our order in the beginning, and then kind of disappeared, and then after we placed the order, he kind of disappeared until it was time for the check. Not sure what that was all about. It was not crowded at that time, I enjoyed the restaurant. I enjoy the food. I look forward to going back to try other things on the menu.

Lots of empty tables, however they wanted us to sit in back corner. Manger was nice enough to move us.

It was my birthday and our server. Anthony was amazing. He knew how to deliver. Great customer service and Flores is a great restaurant to have fun with the family.

I like this restaurant. They didn’t have my reservation though. I don’t know if that is on the restaurant or on open table. I had to show them my email confirmation. That was the only issue.

We sat in the lounge area. Our server was fabulous...! Very personable and kind. We had some tacos and margaritas and guacamole... Everything was delicious. We can't wait to go back to Flores again soon...!

We sat outside and enjoyed the patio. The food was good, the drinks too. Our waitress, Anna, was very nice and attentive. Overall, a good experience.

Upscale and delicious Mexican food! Nice outdoor area for eating (quiet) and it looks like there is a nice bar. We had the quesadilla with squash blossoms (yummy!) and I had a an excellent salad with very tasty grilled chicken. It's a winner and we will be back

We have been to Flores SF so we were expecting a similar to better experience. Unfortunately, it was neither. We made reservations for our birthday party which was not acknowledged by the front. We ordered the Dorado, very salty - bread or tortilla would have been nice. The steak tacos were delicious as well as the guacamole. We also ordered the arachera and it came out rare. The server didn't ask them for doneness. The server was nice and attentive otherwise. The other dishes were fine. The ambiance is excellent and the lighting choices are spot on but it was loud. The drinks came with a lot of ice which diluted them. The other part that took away from the experience was that they charged a dessert fee of $18 since we brought our own cake. Other restaurants get that it is a disservice when nickel and diming their customers. It's a birthday that we'll remember in that we will think twice before coming back. Go to Pinstripes or somewhere else to celebrate.
