Matt is recognized as one of Australia’s foremost winemaking talents and has achieved international acclaim in winemaking. He has been featured in Wine Spectator’s top 100 list for 10 consecutive years, with five positions in the top 11 and a number two position. Our Executive Chef, Christian Konrad, will be pairing these exquisite wines with a menu that is sure to impress. Cost: Adults - $125 plus 19% gratuity + gst Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at 6:00 pm 3 course meal + wine pairing Ticket prices include food and wine.
