Our server was super attentive and efficient. We really enjoyed the ambience and food. The prawns were too salty, but our server made it right. Everything else was delicious.

We had excellent appi's and wine in the Lounge at Flores last night. Our server David provided great service which made for an overall wonderful evening!

What set Flores and Pine apart for me was the service. Attention to detail was exceptional. Food was suitably priced for the quality (which was a 9/10 for me). Would go back.

The reservation request included asking for a quiet area and my emailed response said this would be done by seating us in the lounge. Upon arrival and being seated, I mentioned this and thanked them for this accommodation. The hostess however said we would instead be seated in the main dining room and it was quite loud and the seating was quite awkward. Bit of a fail on their part for this bait and switch. Food and service was great in all other aspects, just not the atmosphere we were promised...

Beautiful restaurant with high ceilings, lots of light, and not noisy, even when it’s full. We like the chef’s bar where we can see the food being made and chat with the chefs. The food is always delicious.
