We had a disappointing experience here. The drinks were good, food was underwhelming, and service was terrible. Alizandra was not attentive at all. We ordered food and we never received any silverware. Our food was dropped on the floor and the server never acknowledged it or offered anything else. We had to flag someone down anytime we wanted to order anything. Also we were never given an itemized receipt, so luckily we asked for one because gratuity was already included! We understand it was semi busy, but maybe add another server or if Alizandra had some sense of urgency the experience would have been okay.

I normally do not do reviews, but my experience was so bad that I feel the need to warn others. I made reservations for my girlfriend’s birthday so we could try something new. The first thing that we were introduced to was a small table that was tucked in a corner away from any heat on a windy night. We then waited for at least 30 minutes to get our initial drinks ordered and another 10-15 for the drinks to come. At first, I assumed that it was due to it being Valentine’s Day so I was understanding. However, after we ordered the second round and some sliders, we waited for 40 minutes and didn’t see the waitress. Throughout this whole ordeal I am looking at a bunch of open tables that I was told have “reservations” for them, even though they were empty for the entirety of our visit. Finally, I used valet to park my car and the valet did not tell me there was any charge to use valet nor did he give me a ticket. Only when we were on our way out did he tell us that it was $20 to use valet. His phrasing was “You know it’s $20 to use valet, right?” So in closing I will not be recommending this location to anyone nor will I be going back. I ended up making reservations at DC steakhouse and got the best service ever! I should have simply gone to them instead.

Amazing place! The food was yummy the sliders were my favorite. The drinks were delicious, highly recommend.

Great view but I personally didn’t like the food or drinks I was expecting a great atmosphere but for paying to reserve there only 6 people even though it was it took a long time to get drinks the food came first

Fun and unique holiday experience. Drinks were good but pricey as some were very small but it was expected to be a bit on the higher end. Great holiday date or GNO for sure. We did not have food so can’t comment on that and could not decline to rate or it would not go through.

Fun holiday theme experience. Makes for a great date night. Service was great drinks and food were amazing as well.

We went in December for the fun Christmas vibe. Very festive, lots of fun Christmas drinks and the simple food was done well. I love that they have a Santa chair setup for picture opportunities. Staff was attentive and friendly. The view is always fun here. Awkwardly peeping in the hotel windows in the building across is always optional.

So this was for a holiday themed experience around Christmas. The ambiance was great! but the drinks and food where very highly priced for lackluster output. $30 for a charcuterie board that was barely the size of a dinner plate. That was the the best option out of the 5 they had. They also never said that they were only having a Tapas menu. The drinks where made very well but again on average $20 per drink was steep for your standard drink. Overall it seemed more like a money grab than a fun experience for the customer. I like this bar in general its a nice setting but this themed event was bad.
