Went to this place thinking it was going to be a great time. Instrad, HUGE disappointment snd eill never be back. When we arrived we were set quickly and after that, the time to table was like pulling teeth. Took over 20 minutes to get our first drinks and they were NOT worth $21. Then we asked for water and that took 10 minutes. We then moved on to food and that was also overpriced. The charcutterie was GREAT selection and tasted well. However, the wait for 30 minutes to get a meat and cheese tray was bad. To add insult, we were expected to use our hands for everything, including the jam! We asked for plates and silverware and were given a long presentation platter as they did not have plates available. And you tell us we are limited to 90 minutes! So over half the time was waiting for food and drinks and refills. The last straw was the waitress asked to cash us out and we had 15 min left. We figured that was our signal to leave...and we asked for the bill. EVASIVELY we get a receipt for $91.00 and asked for a tip...wait... $74 was the food, so where did the 18% come from? OHHH... owner adds 18% service charge IF you make a reservation...BUT show up without a reservation NO service charge!. This was the biggest rip off I have seen in nearly 30 years. At the very least fix your pricing and service. Why should I pay 18% service charge to the establishment for nothing they provided.

The atmosphere was fun but the service was terrible. There is a limited menu which is fine but then it came out at different times and then food was missing. After waiting 45 minutes and asking multiple times for the bread for the charcuterie board they finally told us that they ran out. The server only came by a couple of time during our time there. We were out of all drinks but felt like she was avoiding us because of the food issue. For the price of the food and drinks the service should have been top notch but it was awful. We would not go back

We loved the Miracle Christmas pop up! There were no non-alcoholic drink options though. A couple of festive zero alcohol choices would have been appreciated.

Lovely place to go enjoy some holiday magic and still be able to hear your friends. Wonderful ambience. Service was good, and having valet parking was nice too. We went early in the evening so was not crowded. Also made a reservation to insure we’d get a table. Started getting busy as we were leaving, so I’d imagine weekends are very busy.

Outstanding Christmas Theme “Pop Up Bar”. The drinks and snacks were delicious. Really fun!

It was ok for the cost. Decor was nice, sliders and cheese board were good.

I really was excited to try this. Mainly all the advertisement’s. The view is fine. Not that great. But the drinks are $21 plus an automatic 18% service charge. I think total came to $54 for two drinks. Not worth that.

Very disappointing service, they kicked us out after the “90 minute maximum stay time” before they even asked us what we wanted to eat. Sad way to spend a birthday with your friends.

Service was terrible, it was so hard to get anyone to come to our table and when they would come, they wouldn’t come back for a very long time, our reservation was at 9:45 and we were only able to try 1 of the 2 drinks we wanted because no one came back. Absolutely terrible service but nice view
