I read all the paragraphs and paragraphs of rules that came with this reservation and seriously it's too much. I was so excited to come here with my two friends for the first time. When the host sat us the only thing he said was "there's a 90 min time limit" yeah I got it. How rude and unwelcoming. I'm in my 40s and don't need to be told over and over about a minimum spend and maximum time limit. Honestly, I would have left earlier. Our server also told us of the time limit an hour in. I've got it! There were so many empty tables on a holiday weekend - this is ridiculous. They all make the experience so so negative. We spent over $200 on drinks in about an hour. When the bill came, one person had to pay for the whole thing. The server RUDELY told me it was in the reservation rules. I've been to a lot of nice places- calm down. The list of rules is ridiculous. Again, people might come in and abuse the bar rules, but it was not full, I spent over $200 and I'm not a child. Glad I got this off my bucket lost because I will never return. Horrible experience, horrible service. Nice view of city.

The decor is beautiful, fun props and atmosphere. Food and drinks over priced. You are timed to have your table but the servers take forever to bring drinks and check on you. If you’re looking for the vibes and have the money to spend on the minimum required for the reservations.

Great atmosphere for Christmas! Love the historic building and the view from the rooftop. Magical when it is all lit up and decorated for Christmas. Wonderful drinks, charcuterie and s’mores. Our party really enjoyed the experience. Attentive and helpful service. A must place to enjoy.

Went to this place thinking it was going to be a great time. Instrad, HUGE disappointment snd eill never be back. When we arrived we were set quickly and after that, the time to table was like pulling teeth. Took over 20 minutes to get our first drinks and they were NOT worth $21. Then we asked for water and that took 10 minutes. We then moved on to food and that was also overpriced. The charcutterie was GREAT selection and tasted well. However, the wait for 30 minutes to get a meat and cheese tray was bad. To add insult, we were expected to use our hands for everything, including the jam! We asked for plates and silverware and were given a long presentation platter as they did not have plates available. And you tell us we are limited to 90 minutes! So over half the time was waiting for food and drinks and refills. The last straw was the waitress asked to cash us out and we had 15 min left. We figured that was our signal to leave...and we asked for the bill. EVASIVELY we get a receipt for $91.00 and asked for a tip...wait... $74 was the food, so where did the 18% come from? OHHH... owner adds 18% service charge IF you make a reservation...BUT show up without a reservation NO service charge!. This was the biggest rip off I have seen in nearly 30 years. At the very least fix your pricing and service. Why should I pay 18% service charge to the establishment for nothing they provided.

The atmosphere was fun but the service was terrible. There is a limited menu which is fine but then it came out at different times and then food was missing. After waiting 45 minutes and asking multiple times for the bread for the charcuterie board they finally told us that they ran out. The server only came by a couple of time during our time there. We were out of all drinks but felt like she was avoiding us because of the food issue. For the price of the food and drinks the service should have been top notch but it was awful. We would not go back

We loved the Miracle Christmas pop up! There were no non-alcoholic drink options though. A couple of festive zero alcohol choices would have been appreciated.

Lovely place to go enjoy some holiday magic and still be able to hear your friends. Wonderful ambience. Service was good, and having valet parking was nice too. We went early in the evening so was not crowded. Also made a reservation to insure we’d get a table. Started getting busy as we were leaving, so I’d imagine weekends are very busy.

Outstanding Christmas Theme “Pop Up Bar”. The drinks and snacks were delicious. Really fun!
