Le FLINT est un restaurant-salon décontracté haut de gamme servant une cuisine américaine contemporaine. Il vous propose une approche directe et simple de la cuisine, en utilisant les meilleurs ingrédients disponibles. Situé dans le centre-ville d'Oklahoma City, à seulement un pâté de maisons du Chesapeake Energy Arena, le FLINT est un endroit incontournable avant ou après les matchs des Thunder d'Oklahoma City et d'autres événements.     We had an okay experience. We arrived a little early and the restaurant was nearly empty. They refused to seat us until more of our party arrived which I thought was strange given we had a reservation and there was only one other party in the entire restaurant. It may just be a standard rule they didn’t want to deviate from so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then, when we were seated in the nearly empty restaurant, we were at a table where a piece of silver wear had crumbs on it and there were crumbs on the banquet. They wanted us to wait to be seated but didn’t properly wipe down where we were seated. Maybe it was just an off day. This is not my usual experience Flint. I will likely dine there again hoping this was an isolated incident but if I have any similar experiences in future that will be my last visit.

    We sat outside so it was quite loud with vehicles revving engines. Otherwise the ambiance was beautiful. Food was fresh and great

    Lovely setting on the ground floor of the Colcord Hotel. The service was good although at times a bit slow. Our cocktails were slow to arrive and one was completely wrong. Our entrees were good but there was an odd combination of seasonings in the bacon wrapped meatloaf that wasn’t too tasty, but not enough to send it back. The salmon with black pasta was delicious but a bit too salty. This could have been a five star experience but everything seems to have just missed the mark. Tip: to find the host/ess stand, you need to enter through the hotel. If you enter from the street - that appears to be the main door- you have to walk thru the entire dining room to get there. But, on the plus side, you’d get to see what everyone is enjoying! Maybe worth a repeat.

    Great good and service. The friend green tomato appetizer was so good, and it was a decent sized portion for 2 people! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive!

    We had a wonderful waitress! Even with the crowded restaurant for Father’s Day she gave us first class attention. The harpist was absolutely amazing and such a perfect addition to the brunch! And of course the food was the star or the day with each of the 5 of us getting something different and all of it delicious. We had a small hiccup with finding comfortable seating since we had a very pregnant daughter in law with us but it was quickly taken care of and in retrospect I should have mentioned that in my reservation. We can’t wait for a return visit!

    First visit and it was exceptional! Shrimp & Grits, Omelette and Chicken & Waffles and Parfait were orders from our table and everyone raved about their choice. Potions are large for value. Quality ingredients and service by Nathan made it even better! A must try if in OKC!
