Il vous propose une approche directe et simple de la cuisine, en utilisant les meilleurs ingrédients disponibles. Situé dans le centre-ville d'Oklahoma City, à seulement un pâté de maisons du Chesapeake Energy Arena, le FLINT est un endroit incontournable avant ou après les matchs des Thunder d'Oklahoma City et d'autres événements. Waited 15 mins past reservation to be seated. Service was good but food was super super slow. Tried to eat before the game, thought an hour and half would be enough time. Nope!

I couldn’t brag on this place enough. We had a date night and I am serious when I say we couldn’t have picked a better restaurant. It was some of the best food we have had in Oklahoma City. The restaurant was very nice without being stuffy, and the food was off the charts great! Love everything about it. The fried green tomatoes were amazing. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and the shrimp and grits were absolutely perfect. We will be going back for sure. Not one complaint, Flint is top notch!

The wait was a bit long to get our food. There was a Thunder game going on so that contributed to the wait. However, when the food came out, the salmon was cold and fishy tasting, and my ribeye was luke warm but the flavor was good. The salmon went back with no complications, the staff was very friendly. The grits were on point as well as the sweet potatoe fries and the crab cakes were superb. All in all, not a terrible experience but still looking for a night out that makes me want to come back for seconds.

Had a wonderful dining experience tonight at Flint! Beautifully appointed restaurant and bar which would be a perfect place for a date night or casual get together with friends. The crab cakes are actually the best ones I have ever had and I’ve tried them everywhere! They were so big and filling that two of us split an order. I tried a dish with spaghetti squash, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes in a cream sauce and added grilled shrimp. It was such a big portion that I couldn’t finish it but would definitely order it again. My husband had the shrimp and grits and said it was delicious. We ended the meal by splitting a slice of creamy key lime pie with fresh berries. I will definitely come here again next time we are in OKC !

The fried green tomatoes and crab cakes were over cooked, which is unusual for Flint. Our waitress was slow and missed a couple of our requests. However, the atmosphere was great and we received a complimentary appetizer to start the meal. The meatloaf was excellent.
