Il vous propose une approche directe et simple de la cuisine, en utilisant les meilleurs ingrédients disponibles. Situé dans le centre-ville d'Oklahoma City, à seulement un pâté de maisons du Chesapeake Energy Arena, le FLINT est un endroit incontournable avant ou après les matchs des Thunder d'Oklahoma City et d'autres événements. I want to specifically thank Victoria. I needed to change my reservation to 6 people and she went the extra mile to contact another customer and ensure they were good with a high top so we could sit at a low table since we had a wheelchair and could not use the high top table. Thank you for going beyond. I will definitely be back again.

We came here for our anniversary and had a great experience! The Crab Cakes are a MUST! The steaks were cooked perfectly and we topped it off with a delicious slice of cake!

It had been a while since we went to Flint and decided to go there Saturday night. The menu was nothing like we remembered enjoying before. Instead of choosing what I wanted to eat, it was a process of eliminating what I did not want and being left with blackened red snapper. The presentation was not appealing. It was on a ‘bed’ of unappetising brownish jambalaya My husbands’s scallops were on a ‘bed’ of creamed corn. The entrees were $40-$50. Very over priced for what we got. Service was extremely slow. Chef did come over and offer free desserts for poor service. The food for the price will deter us from ever going there again

This was our first time to have breakfast/brunch at Flint. The service was excellent. The portions were very good and the food had great flavoring. We will definitely be back.

Ambience: The restaurant itself is beautiful and situated in a beautiful historic hotel. Everything was tastefully decorated. It wasn’t too loud so conversation was very easy. Service: Our server was very professional but you could tell she had too many tables to herself, therefore service was on the slower side. Food: Overall disappointing, especially for the price point and setting. Her wine was a good sized pour and tasty, but my Tito’s Martini was $22! That was a nasty surprise when the bill came. We split the crab cakes. They were a super generous size. Arguably too big for an appetizer in an upscale restaurant. We actually weren’t very hungry for dinner following because they were so big! The sauce it came with was really just a blob of mayonnaise and the pickled cabbage was so heavily scented of clove that you could smell it with the plate far away. Next we split the Caesar salad. It came with a toast point that was hard enough to take a tooth out and tasted like straight up oregano oil. The dressing was very creamy with no detectable anchovy, lemon, or garlic. Very over dressed. And enough Parmesan to build a new wheel of cheese. Asked for cracked pepper and I was handed the mill to do it for myself (which I generally don’t mind but for the price of our tab I would have appreciated the offer to have it done for me). We were too full to order an entree but wanted to try the salmon pasta. We did receive a lovely tiramisu on the house for her birthday. It was a tiramisu style cake- no lady fingers. But it wasn’t overly sweet and I think it was the best executed part of our meal. Value: Very poor and overpriced. Overall: We love our city and want to see its restaurants thrive. Especially those in our historic buildings! I hope to return to Flint someday soon and see that the quality and value are improved. The potential for greatness is absolutely there. I think we will give it a little time before doing trying again.

Great food and ambience. We had a wonderful server but the food was slow getting to us. Once it arrived, it was delicious! But we did get a bit worried about getting to our scheduled event on time.
